No MOTcommunication with time allocation…
No communication with time allocation for Mot and brake fluid change. I thought it would take an hour or so to complete, but have been told the van will be going to 3rd party to do work, and be out of my possession for several days. The staff receptionist was very polite and apologised for any inconvenience. Better communication would be gratefully appreciated.

Came in with broken lock Alison was quick to book me in and get me back on the road, Mike did the repair and was clear and helpful in his explanation if what went wrong

The ladies at reception were lovely, friendly and very helpful and got my van booked in straight away, service and information was very prompt and efficient, overall a positive experience.

Brilliant staff , well run and proffesional
Northgate has never failed to let me down, everytime I ring the bristol branch and speak to either Theresa or Allison I am always welcomed with a professional yet down to earth manor, and whenever I pop into branch I am always welcomed with the same the two ladies are lovely and a real credit to your company everything is always plain sailing and I never walk away with disappointment, they go above and beyond for the customers and I.always leave with a smile , thank you guys at northgate
