Very helpful
Theresa was very helpful from the moment I arrived. Very polite and courteus. The problems seem to stem between our logistics team and our local Northgate which I have been informed that these issues have now been resolved and a new system within our business introduced.

Can't thank Simon (out of hours) enough for going above & beyond.
I was involved in an RTA at around 12:30hrs on Tuesday 20th Feb in the Gloucester area. My rental vehicle was left undriveable requiring recovery to the Northgate branch in Avonmouth Bristol. What should have been a straight forward recovery plan turned into a nightmare for me. Delay after delay. When it became obvious that the vehicle and myself would not arrive in Bristol until after normal office hours, Simon was assigned the out of hours task to deal with my late arrival. Simon contacted me as soon as he was aware of the situation and made arrangements to meet at the branch depot at the ETA provided by the recovery company. Things didn't go as planned and there were many delays. Simon kept in touch by phone and gave me a direct line to call him if needed. I was finally recovered in the early hours of Wednesday 21st. As agreed as we approached Bristol (about 15min out) I rang Simon to let him know. He met the recovery truck at the depot, ensured I had a hot drink & biscuits while he ensured the damaged vehicle was unloaded etc. It had been agreed the previous day that I would be provided with taxi travel from Bristol to my home in Newport. As the time was now around 03:00hrs Simon knew that getting a taxi to pick me up in Avonmouth would be difficult, and aware through our conversations during this event that I was a type 2 diabetic (without my meds) informed me that he was going to drive me home to my door. This he did making sure I was ok and in my house before he left.
I can't thank him enough. A great ambassador for his company.

Simon from Northgate was brilliant
Simon from Northgate was brilliant, he kept me informed about the breakdown and the recovery, he went above and beyond in getting me safe. He event dropped me to a safe place to save me waiting in the dark. I’d had a very stressful day and Simon really helped in making me less stressed and getting me sorted. It was much appreciated.

When I were taken to Bristol Northgate I was greeted by Simon whom made me feel very welcome and was very professional. Alison and Simon’s communication levels was 10 out of 10. These people care.
