I’ve just bee in Dartford branch, lovely service. Natalie was very Helpful!!!

I brought in our company van for a service.
I was initially greeted by Adam who was particularly courteous and accommodating and answered my queries even though he was in the middle of carryout out other duties.

Even when I asked him to reduce the volume on the TV in the waiting area he sorted it for me.

The mechanic Alfie was very informative and efficient and Karen was inviting and courtesy and made sure I had a nice cup of tea.

I appreciate the team at North Gate Dartford.

Had a full service and mot booked in at Dartford,was warmly welcomed on arrival at about 8.15 am and was very quickly dealt with.My van went straight up to the mot place and between the two ladies who looked after me offered and made me coffee throughout my wait and kept me up to date at very regular intervals on how my van was doing and where abouts they were up to with it.They couldn't have been more helpful and after bad experiences at Snodland depot I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the great customer service I received.I will be booking here in future rather than the nearest depot to me.Highly recommended everyone.

Rang the Dartford branch as I had warning lights on my van. Spoke with Karen from the workshop who was unbelievably helpful and got my vehicle booked in.
I might say this is the Dartford branch the branch in snodland Kent is a joke! Rude staff and not willing to help. Although I live 10mins from Snodland I will not use it due to previous bad experiences. Can't praise the Dartford branch enough great service.

Thanks Karen for understanding my situation with bereavement in my family preventing me from getting the van serviced. She was amazingly helpful with booking my van in asap and I appreciated it. God bless!

Huge thanks to Karen for sorting me our a spare van to get me to my job tomorrow since the turbo decided to go on mine! Quick turnaround time and offered a free drink! What’s better then that ?

I desperately wanted to give this branch five stars today ,but I can't.
After having terrible experiences at another Branch in Kent I chose to drive further and use the Dartford Branch.
When I made the booking through head office I explained my past experiences and that the van had a steering issue aswell as it's annual service /MOT.
The Gentleman actually put me on hold and phoned the Dartford branch and asked if they could accomadate me .
I was told it was no problem and they could turn around my van in 2-3 hrs and if anything couldn't be fixed I would be offered a Courtesy vehicle .
The appointment was at 10am and I arrived 15mins early.
The staff in the branch are very friendly and welcoming and I was offered Tea and Coffee.
Two Ladies were updating me and unfortunately they both finished there shift before I left.
In total I was there just over 5hrs waiting for the van .
Listened to a lot of conversations whist in the waiting area and its never Northgates fault and this is regarding other customers ,ie ,they sent the wrong brakepads , We don't know about that issue ,all lack of communication .
I do not work for a multi national company , I'am a Sole Trader who hires 1 van . Lost a whole days wages today .

I have never been to this facility before, customer parking unclear, double yellow lines outside, I parked around the back, I saw a member of staff inside the worship and decided to ask him where to park, I was then approached by a man in a hi viz who demanded to know why I was in his workshop in a not beep professional manner, in fact a very rude attitude, it turns out the gentleman is the manager ( Hussain) think he is in the wrong industry, sadly lacking any customer care skills

Another year, another 5 star review for our Southeast London NorthGate vehicle provider.

A big Thank You to Hussein, Karan, and Georgia! They have been exception in dealing with the day to day of our account. Myself and my team appreciate the efforts they apply in dealing with the last minute- issues we encounter. They keep our business on the road.

I would like to also Thank Matthew Davy. I have worked with many account managers over the years and Matthew has by far been one of the best. Excellent in all his dealings with me regardless of the nature of business. He has supported beyond what is required of him and ensured start to finish, we have everything we need.

We've been a NVH customer for a few years, we called them to discuss the provision of electric vans... The area manager put together a proposal that exactly meets our requirements
NVH flexible rent terms and competitive rates meant that within a matter of weeks we have taken delivery of a small fleet of fully electric vans
With new vehicle lead times being ridiculously long at the moment, we never expected to have our van fleet renewed so quickly

Wow what a credit to Northgate.I used to take my van to another branch but the customer service there was as bad as it could be. Upon arrival at Northgate Dartford I was welcomed had a drink made for me in a proper mug. Amenities were explained and even given a nice tip about a local cafe. Karen was so welcoming and helpful. Seriously I have been to main dealers with my own car and experienced poorer service. Dartford Northgate really changed my view of Northgate as a company and Karen is a credit to the company.
