Never hire from Northgate !
Requested a van through insurance didn’t even turn up for given date and time and there’s not communication from Egham van hire branch. Got a call next day that we will deliver today after getting the van the van condition was filthy wasn’t clean at all smells of alcohol and other substances when I requested for a replacement lady on the other side of the phone said we only have 1 van i whole branch and we can’t help you at all and deal with it yourself.
I couldn’t go to work and lost £600 because of poor customer service given by this company.
You guys should be closed by now if you can’t provide great service.

Northgate Egham Branch
Order a replacement van for work first they cancelled the appointment which was about to delivered and then they tried to deliver next day, the van was filthy full of dust and uncleaned feels like some homeless is living in the van before they handed me.
I called Northgate Vehicle Hire, Egham branch to sort this out they said we only have one van left which we gave it to you and we don't have anything.
Awful customer experience from these lot, day light robbers never ever hire from this branch.
Zero customer skills.

Steph/Laura and the man who referred me to the rental team on front desk were great, very helpful & polite especially so early on a Monday morning .. 5 star experience and can’t go wrong with a good coffee whilst waiting for replacement vehicle.

My van FG69ZVD broke down last night at 8.30 pm 25th May
Reported to RAC who didn’t turn up
Waited until 11.30 pm still no show
Called RAC again this morning at 07.30 and have been told to wait until 12.30… Called Northgate Egham for a replacement vehicle and then to be told they have no vans!!!! Fantastic outfit I must say.. so now I have to hire a vehicle from BTC van hire to continue my business today
Think twice before you hire a vehicle from Northgate that’s if you want to keep your business running!!!!

Come to Northgate at EGHAM on Friday 17-3-23
To have full service then had to come back on the Monday for my van to be tracked while I was there the staff are amazing so kind, always smiling + having a laugh mainly Steph.
Then had EML light pop on the van and Steph got it straight into the workshop for the problem to be resolved. The team at front desk are very helpful. I recommend highly…

Had my hire van delivered to my home address which was filthy, cab smelled awful and full of dirt. Ellie and Katie very kindly went out of their way and cleaned the van thoroughly, also put a full tank of diesel in too. Really really top service thanks so much to them both, saved me a lot of time and hassle

Egham Northgate is a great vehicle hire supplier the staff are always friendly especially Steph & Sharlene these two work as hard as they can to rectify any issues that you have with your vehicle!
Marek is one of the best technical engineers fix my van in minutes!

Superb customer service - Steph
Arrived first thing in the morning and was greeted by Steph at the egham branch. The only thing better than her incredible customer service, efficiency and care in her work was the smile on her face. Steph is an absolute credit to the company as I have previously had bad experiences with Northgate. Despite this she has completely changed my views on the company and will be sure to use the egham branch again as long as my queries are dealt with by Steph.

Van was recovered into Egham was given a replacement vehicle straight away. When collecting my vehicle the lady at the desk charlene was very helpful and patient as i had a lot of items to switch over.
