vehicle has engine light on saying engine fault repair required, took to Egham branch left hanging around for hours un able to work what sort of service is this

The service at north gate egham is disgusting staff are rude and lazy to busy chatting with colleagues to sort customers out do not make your working life easier I would NOT recommend this company

I had to wait for more than 2 hours for…
I had to wait for more than 2 hours for a flat tire, and that is because they didn’t fix it last time i was here (waiting for 3 hours also), they just changed with my spare, living me without spare tire.
