very helpful
booked a van for a couple of employees working in Hull. all the staff I have dealt with at Northgate have been very helpful and managed to sort out all my requests quickly & efficiently.

The staff at Northgate Hull are so helpful we have a number of vehicles hired from you and the staff bend over backwards to help me all very profession friendly and polite even though the branch is under pressure from the lack of vehicle techs well done and thank you

Shocking company shocking customer service

The MOST horrific service I have ever received as a company ever called after having zero updates are waiting for new van for over a year to be told by Karl that he doesnt know if the vans coming or not It was almost laughable to hear such a tone, promised us an update the last 10 times we called and never ever comes back to us. Complaints team dont care, its almost asif bad customer service is allowed, they say they are not paid enough to supply updates on leadtimes (there exact words) even when complaining about the tone the company was not interested and did not address it at all, zero apology. Theres a national shortage of stock we know but why not try being honest with your customers, set realistic expectations instead of keeping them hanging and giving them unreasonable unacceptable responses when they call, your sales agents do not care they are openly telling your customers they dont know if there orders will ever come and they're not paid enough to check listen to tour calls. DO NOT USE!!!!

After having numerous problems with the vehicle I drove,I allways found all the staff at hull branch, very helpful and allways willing to go the extra mile to deal with any issues I had.
From the staff at the front desk to the mechanics on the shop floor they are all very professional and very easy to talk to and resolve any problems you have.

SERVICE LEVELS
Gemma, Sean, Kristen and the gang are always extremely helpful and the level of service is extremely high, sometimes in our circumstances at very short notice. Highly recommended.

GREAT customer service
I had various issues with the van which were missed when it went for service and MOT. Rather disapointed that there were issues, I contacted the branch who bent over backwards to solve the problem.....courtesy van at their cost and van collected and returned in 24 hours!
