Amazing Emma.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Northgate Vehicle Hire Sheffield
Walking into Northgate Sheffield felt less like a vehicle hire depot and more like stepping into a saga. There she was: Emma — a bubbly, mature, Viking-plaited hair goddess whose charm and charisma could melt even the harshest of creatures. Forget customer service, this was customer sorcery.
Yes, I had to wait a little while for my van, but honestly, the wait was worth it. Emma’s dedication, professionalism, and sheer charisma turned what could have been a dull pause into a masterclass in how to make customers feel valued. If charisma were horsepower, Emma would be driving a supercar.
Now, onto the van itself: I came in for a recall on my electric van and was handed a like-for-like replacement. Except — plot twist — the replacement was better than the one I drive daily. Spacious, spotless, tidy, and smooth. It was like Northgate had secretly upgraded me into the VIP lane.
My only criticism? The coffee machine. Please, Northgate, I beg you — upgrade it. Emma can charm the frost off a glacier, but even she can’t make that coffee taste like anything other than a medieval punishment.
All in all, this was a brilliant experience. Emma deserves a crown, the van deserves a fan club, and the coffee machine deserves retirement.
Signed,
Danny — AKA, Kiosk Kev, from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
There once was a goddess named Emma,
Whose charm burned as bright as a tremor.
She gave me a van,
Far better than planned,
But the coffee? A tragic dilemma!

Hi Danny (aka Kiosk Kev!),
Thank you for what might just be one of the most entertaining and memorable reviews we’ve ever received! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that your visit to Northgate Sheffield turned into an epic saga worthy of its own series — and we couldn’t agree more about Emma. Her energy, professionalism and legendary customer care are exactly what makes the branch shine, and your words will mean the world to her. We’ll make sure she sees every poetic line (including the limerick!).
We’re also glad the like-for-like replacement exceeded expectations — we do like to sneak customers into the VIP lane when we can. As for the coffee machine… message received. Loud and clear. Repeated. Echoing through the halls. Let’s just say your review may have accelerated its journey toward a well-earned retirement.
Thanks again for taking the time to share such an incredible review — and for making us smile from start to finish.
Also, I cant wait to show Emma the lovely poem you have written for her!
Take care,
Imogen

Arrived at Northgate for my 08:00 appointment, was welcomed in the office by the helpful staff member, Emma. I was advised that there wasn’t an hire van available but this wasn’t a problem as I was advised they’d get my van into the workshop promptly as a waiting appointment. Ricky the technician completed the service in efficient time. Top service all round by all staff included.
