Massive improvement
Massive improvement with service and efficiency since last used.Gone from repairs being dragged out over multiple days/weeks to same day diagnosis and repair. Even when calling in unannounced. Well done to Charley and Luke for getting the place up to scratch. Thank you to Emma and Lorna for the pleasant service.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Conflicting responses, not sticking to contract terms. Having to constantly chase for a responses back - takes on average a week at a time and only when I escalate it. Still ongoing since January and no further forward.

Northgate sheffield got the job done!
Northgate sheffield were very responsive and quick to help out. We had some issue with sourcing the right van with head office. Spoke to Martin at the Sheffield branch and it was sorted withing 24 hours. Really welcoming and a great service!

Called about a engine management problem . The receptionist was more than happy to help just bring g it in and our fully trained technician Jorden will had a look at it .very impressed with the prompt service drove it away after a short time.
