Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Conflicting responses, not sticking to contract terms. Having to constantly chase for a responses back - takes on average a week at a time and only when I escalate it. Still ongoing since January and no further forward.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I completely understand how disappointing it must be to deal with delays and conflicting responses.
If you would like us to investigate this further and work towards a resolution, could you please forward some additional details such as a vehicle registration number or reservation number, along with a brief description of the issue to Customer.Services@northgate.co.uk. Once we have this information, we can escalate this appropriately and ensure it is addressed as soon as possible.
