The collection of the van went well, your staff were friendly and thorough.
I was told that the van would be collected two days ago, so I've had to stay in for the last two days for no reason, when I could have been working away from home.

We're very sorry, however, to learn that you were advised the vehicle would be collected two days earlier and that this resulted in you having to remain at home unnecessarily.
