World class bad service
World class bad service - beware, when things go wrong you will get no assistance from this company. Engine with 100K warranty fails after 17K, the respknse is "nothing to do with us". Then you are passed to their solicitor as they wash their hands. They have no systems in place when things go wrong, be aware.

Excellent bike sales team
Excellent bike sales team ( Letchworth) Both Mark and Alex were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Did not complete purchase in person. Made payment for my CB125F via bank transfer. Mark then arranged delivery. On delivery day this went smoothly received my bike at time agreed. I am loving my new bike too!
I hope after sales will look after me just as well.

Honda Forza
From the initial visit on a Sunday to enquire and several other visits Mark was exceptional, very patient, extremely knowledgeable and not a hint of pressure just good simple customer service. Mark and Honda made the experience a real pleasure.
