Great support for my spinal operation
I recently had a spinal operation and the support offered by the Now Health team throughout the process has been invaluable. All my emails and requests were answered very fast and professionally. Unfortunately, in my home country(Romania), there are not a lot of direct billing options and I wish the list could be improved in time, the support and assessment of all my claims and questions was top quality. I also recommend rechecking the current direct billing options for Romania which appear on the NH website as they are not accurate at the moment.
