Having recently required ongoing and continuous calls/emails etc with NOW admin/CSR/Claims on an ongoing matter, which previously elicited well deserved 5 star reviews, patience and frustration levels were subsequently tested...but the truth be told, NOW still came and are coming through. Thank you NOW, you still deserve 5 stars.

I have worked alongside NOW Health for over 10 years and have consistently found their claims management to be one of the best in market. Claims do take time and often require human intervention to work but Sharon and her team there are always on hand to support when needed.

Great service and excellent support after a little hiccup everything was sorted out smoothly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the service.

The claim was suspended and with many followup emails, same reply was sent, asking for details that have been furnished with the initial claims.
Ms Natty helped out after I happened to call the help line. She was efficient and prompt to solve the issue without any delays.

Claims took more than 3 months to be processed, non refunded amounts were never explained. Personal call request for explanations never answered. Claim of over 684 USD reimbursed with as little as 218 USD. This is not working for me, paying a premium of nearly 500 USD a month, 1 year in advance. Thinking of changing to a new, better functioning insurance as even the accredited hospital refused to support my claims directly, stating it will take to long to deal with Now Health International! All reports were submitted but in claim details, pending reasons remain the same for months. I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the insurer.

You highlight mental health. My husband passed away 3 months ago. I scheduled an online session with my grief counselor as I was not coping well with my loss. I submitted the claim only to be met with requests for multiple questions about my diagnosis and who referred me etc.

Too much delay, and Peitong doesn’t do the necessary follow-up always in rush to end the conversation without providing a resolution to the issue.

Now health used to be great. I used them in 2015 and was very happy. In 2024 I trusted them with my family plan and I have been disappointed. Firstly they made reclaiming expenses in Argentina very difficult. Secondly, after promising to make it good and call me to resolve things I have been having to chase - without success - their customer success staff. Disappointing from what was once an excellent company.

Edit update 1: Excellent, personalised resolution from Maja in Madrid office. I will stay with Now Health and I hope the service is much better this year.

Edit, subsequent, update x2. Maja made me an acceptable offer, in writing, which was then overruled by their underwriting team (without my knowledge or me being informed). I found out about this in the most disagreeable way: after agreeing to Majas offer I was sent a much higher invoice out of the blue, much higher than the offer. No explanation no nothing. Real lack of coordination in the company and they no longer care about customers like they used to. Sadly: avoid.

After some impersonal exchanges through the website regarding pre-authorisation of treatment, I was passed to Maja who was extremely helpful. She managed the process and went the extra distance to contact the relevant clinic to see whether invoices could be settled directly. Maja responded very promptly to all my messages and followed up well following the treatment. It was great not only to deal with a real person but also with someone as helpful as Maja

I was in a car accident in South Africa and had to go to the emergency room. It was a stressful situation, but Now Health’s customer service guided me through the process clearly. Since it was my first time claiming, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they made it easy. Once I submitted everything, my claim was processed and paid out in just five working days. Really impressed with how smooth and efficient it all was.
