Pre approval took so long I had to take treatment and submit bills which were then rejected - I appealed against the decision and to be fair Maja Mucibabic was superb and the appeal was upheld, and payment made.
I strongly suggest a relationship manager like Maja is a must if you want a very good service. Thank you Maja for your patience and assistance.

I have been dealing with Maja and she has been so professional and prompt with replies to my many questions and various claims. They never ever answer the phone in Singapore, no matter what time you call. I've been with them for 6 years and it's always frustrating. Excuses vary from lunch time (at 2:30pm), a vague emergency and can clearly hear them just walking around on the street. Must be work from home nonsense aka. not working. Frustrating when you have an emergency or something urgent and you are on the phone trying to call them for hours. The Dubai team can never help..

Despite the suffering we are going through following my wife's unexpected departure, my children and I couldn't help but come here to express our gratitude for the services provided by Now Health. Since the diagnosis of the disease that took her life (cancer) at the end of August 2022, Now Health has been tireless in resolving all issues and supporting our family. Now Health covered the evacuation costs and all the treatments and examinations requested. We chose the places where she would have her treatments, and Now Health dealt directly with them despite never having worked with these service providers. We only occasionally needed to advance a payment (promptly returned by Now Health via refund). Over the last few months, Sharon Crease (Customer Service Manager - UK) has dealt directly with us and has streamlined all the processes even more, and so we want to highlight here publicly (as we have done privately) the care and attention she has devoted to our family, knowing the suffering we were going through. We've been dealing with insurance companies for many years, and it's unusual to receive such personalised and careful treatment. She was very human, dedicated, and always professional, even alerting me to insurance coverage in our policy that we weren't considering.

Amidst all the suffering, it was a blessing to count on such a dedicated, humane and caring team. Certainly, the relief of not worrying about the stress of payments or authorisations allowed us to spend the last few months with my lovely wife more lightly and concentrate solely on her. Thank you very much.

Ratna - Indonesia Customer Service is very helpful; I really appreciate her assistance

I'm Jaya from Sompo Insurance Indonesia, a partner of Now Health International in Indonesia. I think the staff from Now Health really helped us in all matters well and clearly. Moreover, to Divia and Ratna who helped me with negotiations with underwriting when initially submitting the application and then continued to help me with socialization to clients until submitting claims by providing detailed explanations so that the Sompo team and I could do the job well and correctly.

I have many question about the detail of Now Health Insurance policy, it was very complicated to understand but i am very helpfully by the marketing Divia to explain the detail, thank you a lot. I am crystal clear to understand

Our daughter now 12 years old, had a ligament operation and based on medical evidence from Orthopaedic Doc as well the GP this operation was needed due to an accident! NOW HEALTH it taking the stand that I should have declared Ankle instability in February 2020, where we as parents went to the GP as our daughter made the comment, I may have ankle instability, the GP confirmed in writing to NOW HEALTH that in 2020 she can not confirm any ankle instability. As a result NOW HEALTH is now referring to the section that I should have declared any Doctor visit where even medical proven nothing is wrong, I should have mentioned. If this is the case, warning to all parents: NOW HEALTH is expecting to declare every Doctors visit based on that time 9 year old girl, then no medical evidence been found, to declare. Even today an email came that they withdraw there liability based on Ankle instability, which is proven wrong! I filed now the case with FIDR and given them every evidence and the public needs to know, that NOW HEALTH wants to avoid to take on the cost! For any non disclosure I have given them all medical proven records from myself and my wife and we either have a premium to pay or it is excluded which is fine. However to reject liability now for an accident which is clearly covered and saying I should have declared ankle instability where the Doctor has confirmed in writing to the insurance that this is not the case, they still avoid responsibility.

It looks like that Now Health finally has approved to take on Liability and we in talks how to execute this best and will update the forum once it is all cleared

We've been customer since 2016 and have experienced their growth including the early glitches, ups and downs etc. I stayed because I noticed positive improvements and they have 2 people who have been very helpful: Divia Widodo and Ratna Siswoyo. They have proven to be skillful in de-tangling problems and delivering positive experience. We're hoping they have more people like these 2 so this positive experience can continue for the years to come...

Member came to our office and complaint about his virtual card issue which he was not able to check detail of his policy information. We contacted NHI CS team and was assisted by Ratna and within a minute we could solved the problem 😃

I am a member of Now Health and also a broker. Ratna is my number 1 point of contact whenever I have queries or issues with client. I really appreciate and thankful for her fast responds and excellent services.

With previous companies, I had bad experiences with the automatic renewal of my health insurance. It is perfectly normal that getting older the annual price will increase but with the automatic renewal it is almost impossible to control the process. I am at my fourth renewal with Now Health International and I am glad I have a point of contact to whom I can submit my queries.
