I've been a client of NH for two years now without any big claims. I quit my job and wanted to get the same insurance as an individual and first they quoted me 5k USD which is what we paid before but then all of a sudden they increased it to 41k USD!!!!!! without any reason. They just wasted time and I had to go with another provider. Really poor service to charge 700% more without any reason. I will definitely not insure my employees with these guys now. Missed out on 100 people now.

The claim process had been assisted by the Indonesian Senior Customer Service Representative Ratna Siswoyo, thanks to her help and quick respond. However, the guaranteed payment authorization and assessment processing speed need to be much improved.

After submitting the pre approval form, the clinical team did not response till a week before the procedure requesting for more supporting documentation. Despite the urgency, they only revert the GOP on the date of the procedure after following up everyday. More effort should be done to contact the patient clinic to facilitate the approval process.
As a result, the procedure have to be postponed.
The response and request of information procedure would seriously need to be review.
Sofina and Muhanod from the CS team deserve credit for helping to follow up and revert despite the unpleasant experience.

Following a corrective procedure for my daughter. The claims team processed my reimbursement claim in full within a few days which was a great relief to me.

After numerous calls I had with Now Health, it was only Marneli who was able to resolve my issue. She was able to verify what I needed. She has gone the extra mile to help me out and did it from her end. This just means that she is confident enough with the policies and procedures of the company and knows what she does! Excelent service, fast response, fast claim process

I had a minor procedure some in the last 12 months and found the team at MIC Claims were very helpful.
I have been surprised by the increase in premium which has been explained as being due to a Post Covid surge in claims but I expect the size of the premium would deter many potential clients.

I recently had some serious health issues and Now Health were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They dealt with my claim in a professional, prompt and sensitive manner (big shout out to Sharon on their customer services team). Could not recommend their services enough for anyone who needs health insurance - I'll certainly be telling my friends and family to take out a policy with them.

Ratna siswoyo has been an angel at NHI since day 1 with me. Your clinicL team’s speed of work/process is really LONG and no compassion for emergency situation. NHI must really be more understanding and helpful for emergency situation. If it had not beem for ratna siswoyo: NHI would have been really bad. So please promote Ratna Siswoyo and always remember how important ratna is for indonesian market.

I have been with my insurance provider for 3 years, and overall, I've had a positive experience. Last year, my husband underwent a procedure, and we had no issues with the claims process. However, when I recently underwent surgery, they initially denied my claim. Fortunately, I contested the decision and received excellent support from Sharon (UK) in customer service. She was very helpful in reversing the denial, and I am very pleased with the support I received from her. While the initial denial was disappointing, the excellent customer service from Sharon saved the day and leaves me feeling satisfied with the overall experience.

We have been NOW health customers for three years and we were very satisfied overall specially with the online app and the ease of claiming with it. Very recently though we had frustrating difficulty in receiving the repayment of claims. The corresponding bank returned payments without reason and we couldn’t get more info about it. Although it was a slow and puzzling situation it was a big relief to have Ahmed (E.G.) from customer services directly helping and corresponding with us all the way. He was always swift in his responses and extremely professional but friendly at the same time. So big thank you to Ahmed.
