This was my first order from NuolaWigs! I was little bit nervous about the cap size because I have a small head. Luckily you could wrote your own head circumstance for the info box. The wig came in six weeks and it was very quickly. I wouldn’t be any happier! I love the wig and it fits perfectly to my head. I also love the HD lace and the color. This wig is so realistic! I ordered the Lauren wig.

There was a problem at customs with my order because Nuolawigs did not provide the necessary documentation and the wig never arrived despite waiting for it for months and months.

The customer service has been the worst I have received through an online purchase.

They did not want to return the money, I disputed through Paypal, who fortunately resolved in my favor.

Recommendation:
1. do not buy,
2. if you do it, go to the UK physical store,
3. if you have already bought online and you have a problem, dispute through Paypal before the deadline expires.

I recently purchased a wig from Nuola and I must say I was very impressed with how realistic it looks, beautiful colour and quality hair, helped me regain my confidence after having cancer treatment so best decision I ever made ordering with this company, customer service was also very helpful when ever I had a question so overall very pleased.

I went travelling right after receiving my wig and I have only just got back. The wig has been so amazing and I am so grateful that you fixed it free of charge. There has been minimal shedding over the past 3 months, and the colour has stayed perfectly and the hair has stayed soft and long. It even lasted three months of backpacking perfectly which is a miracle. So thank you again. Your customer service and hair is impeccable! It was a really nice surprise to find a wig company that resolved any issues so well and quickly.

Wish it didn’t take so long for their wigs to ship, but 100% worth the wait. I’ve ordered so many wigs, and none of them look as realistic this one. Will be ordering more!

I was diagnosed with Alopecia at the start of the year, and my first Nuolawig has made this traumatic experience more manageable.

The hairline is undetectable and it is so comfortable to wear all day. I am still so impressed with how realistic it looks.

I have just ordered 2 more wigs in slightly different colours and am so excited to receive them.

I got married in April this year and purchased the Nola wig to wear on my big day, back in November. I have worn wigs since I was 4 years old as I have alopecia (they’ve all been synthetic). When wearing my wigs previously I have been uncomfortable or the hair line has been noticeable but with the Nola wig I honestly felt amazing 🥹🥰. I messaged the Instagram page and emailed with a few questions and was answered quickly, with lots of helpful information.

The wig is FLAWLESS. Soft, great hair quality, hairline realistic and bleached beautifully, the parting is very straight and done well. I am so impressed by this I will be ordering another one here soon so I can swap back and forth.

I purchased a wig in November due to hair loss from chemotherapy.
Initially I was happy with it although it definitely wasn’t as good as their instagram would have you believe.

After wearing it a couple of days a week for 4/5 months and washing it no more than three times with the correct shampoo as advised, it has lost its colour and shine,
is not holding curls and there is a lot of flyaway hair and breakage. It also matts very easily at the base of the neck.

When I contacted them, I had to chase several times for a response.

They offered to colour it for me but advised it would make it very dark and said I’d have to send it to them. I explained I can’t be without it as I only have one wig, to which I was told I should have bought two!

I asked if I could visit them so they could assess it but that was refused and they said they would only deal with me via email.

I am extremely disappointed that a product costing nearly £1,000 has faded in less than five months when being worn once or twice a week, and they consider that “regular use” and the issues are no more than fair wear and tear. 
If I had been told at point of purchase that it would not last for the entirety of my treatment, I wouldn’t have purchased.

Please avoid purchasing from this company and do your research before investing in a high priced product if you want any form of protection or warranty.

The Melanie wig I ordered feels good that even looks good all my friends have said how nice that looks. I am now looking for a short wig again I want real human hair i found Nuolawigs after a bad experience with another company so I will use Nuolwigs again they where friendly and very helpful

I love everything about my Nuola wig experience - from ordering my first wig online to visiting the store for in-person consultation with a group of us from Finland!

Nuola wig is the first wig I've ever felt that I look like myself and I've been wearing wigs for over 10 years. The wig was a game-changer for me to be able to start talking about my alopecia as I'd been hiding my illness for almost two decades. The wig made me feel so beautiful and powerful which led me to organising a group of us from Finland to visit the store in Canterbury. The planning, email communication and the actual visit were all amazing! We had so much fun trying on all the wigs, learning more about them and how to care for and style them. Those two days we spent with Eniola and Fadzai were the most magical days for us as we felt so welcomed and they looked after us so well - they are so passionate about creating the most beautiful wigs for us and service is outstanding. I recieved a non custom wig from this company recently. I have to say that the hairline was excellent and overall the wig looked nice and initially i left a good review.....BUT....apparently because i measured my head and added to the order in cms not inches, the size of the unit was massive, with the staps tightened to the max at the back there is so much excess cap it is ridiculous.. On reflection, i should have returned the wig, but i thought i could 'make the best of it' and cut the lace. I am a cancer nurse with complete alopecia ( ironic huh ?) so i obviously needed a wig that fitted well. I felt so sad and cross (partly with myself for not returning it) about my oversized massive wig that i decided i couldn't wear it and i've thrown it away 😭. So that's £750 in the bin. I was considering making another order to see if i could send an old wig that fits me for them to replicate the cap, so i rmailed to ask if this was possible..no response. Gutted...and guess what ? I not only feel stupid for wasting my money, i have spent my wig budget and have to save up again and go back to my old wig company whose prices have doubled since covid..apparently due to lack of available human hair. Anyway, thanks Nuola for making me feel like a fool,...not that i need much help with that. My self esteem is already rock bottom.

The hair is gorgeous and soft! I put it on right out of the box! Totally natural. They cut the lace for me, otherwise I would have screw that up. I can't wait to wear it out. It was well worth the price. I will never buy another wig from any other company.

My wig is simply stunning! Super great experience with Nuola Customer Support who kept me well informed. They were approachable as well as cooperative throughout my order delivery. First wig from Nuola but that natural hairline and lace tone which has no difference from my skin are impressive. Light to wear, natural black hair not jet black looks amazing! Thanks Nuola! I have alopecia and I live in a country with only one wig maker that is not a wig maker it is a store with Slavic hair, so in a beginning, it was hard for me but 4 years ago I have discovered Nuola wigs and today I have 11 wigs + 5 new ones from Nuola. It gives me the confidence to feel pretty as an almost bold woman. I will be Nuola's buyer forever cause it is worth it to me. Thank you Nuola.

Truly a work of art

I recently purchased my second Nuola Wig and, again I am really happy with it for many reasons. The hair is nice and soft, and the hairline is really realistic. I'm really impressed. Some wigs can be bulky or look old-fashioned but these feel light on your head, and move like natural hair. Also, not as itchy as previous wigs I've had in the past! Very comfortable.

My last Nuola one lasted a good 9 months too (wearing it everyday), before I ordered a new one and the old one is still wearable too.

The only tricky part of the process for me was to choose the right colour as there are loads of different colours (which is great, and something for everybody), but colour on a screen looks slightly different in real life, so I have had to send a few back, and order others, before finding the right colour for me. But now that I have found the right colour, I will keep re-ordering. The company were very helpful as well in helping me find the right colour over email.
To resolve this, I am hoping there will be a pop-up shop soon so I can see all the colours of the wigs in person to decide which colours suit me make the process easier for me in future.

If you need a wig, I would suggest planning ahead and order your wig a few months in advance (before you think you need a wig) as the delivery times can be 6 weeks or so, and to make up for any time that you may need to send back and forth due to not being the right colour etc. But they also have some wigs that are ready to ship, but not as much choice.

I have no problems, I'm a very happy customer, and I'm very glad that I have found Nuola.
