I couldn’t recommend Nuola Wigs Enough! I never thought I would feel back to myself again after my hair falling out so fast. Nuola wigs really gave me back the confidence I was missing.
I’ve gotten so many complements from the wig already and no one ever suspects it is a wig! I purchased the ‘Nola’ wig. The girls are really helpful. I can’t thank them enough.

Love my wig, it’s absolutely stunning. Does not look like a wig - the quality of hair and the colour are perfect!! In fact I’ve had so many compliments, people asking where I have my hair done. The company itself is amazing, I had an issue with the size but it was sorted out quickly, they’ve also been great with tips and styling. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

They advertise beautifully but the quality is not there for the price.
I was very disappointed with the quality of the wig. It is synthetic hair.
When I wanted to get my money back. DHL kept the VAT amount for me, which is 250€ and nuolawig also keeps 10% of the price. I lost a lot of money for a product I don't have.

I have gotten 5 wigs from NuolaWigs and many more to come! I really do think that their wigs are superior to many other brands that I have tried. I live in the US and I would not be ordering from the UK if the quality and artistry was not so amazing! Thank you NuolaWigs, you are a dream come true for people who are struggling with Alopecia, such as myself.

I’ve had my wig from nuolawigs for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it! I’ve had so many compliments, and most people I meet can’t even tell that it’s a wig, it’s so realistic. I lost my hair due to chemotherapy and this wig has really helped me feel like myself again.

It took a bit longer to get shipped out than expected but other than that I am very very happy.

I recently purchased a sale wig from nuola wigs and had questions about cap size- since I normally go for a small and the sale wigs were medium. The company was very helpful and even offered to ship out different hair, eventually resolving my query. Great customer service!

Just received my second wig purchase the Nuola 2 and am in love. Haven’t had the HD lace before but they answered all my questions on caring for it! I absolutely love that I can always wear these wigs without glue and tape! They last over a year based on your care for them and are 100% worth the investment.

My first wig was not what i expected regarding colour and quality. When letting Nuola know about it they where quick to respond me and provide me with a wig that is amazing! I dont know why the first wig was not the correct one but second time they got it all right. I love my new wig and the only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the timeline - you have to wait months ans weaks for your order - but in the end its worth it.

My lovely unit arrived today, I chose Cass.
I had stalked their website and TikTok for some time, read reviews ect.
Was happy to see I could get the vat removed due to my alopecia.
Measured my head exactly how it says on the page.
She arrived in a beautiful black box, care instructions and a lovely message.

Took 6 weeks from start to finish, Lucy helped guide me through the process.

The wig fits perfectly, the colour is lovely, it feels nice, looks incredibly real, the lace front is incredible ! My husband couldn’t even see the lace ! and after buying wigs that are generic , it was time for a treat.
Well, I couldn’t be happier.
I’m not an influencer, I’m 53 years old, and just wanted to look nice, so thank you nuola wigs ! I’m a happy lady.

Good wig, terrible customer service. Would not recommend if you have medical hair loss or need one quickly.

After suddenly losing all my hair due to alopecia, I was nervous about forking out for an expensive wig. I tried to contact Nuola Wigs online wanting an in person consultation as was clueless about wigs (which they didn't offer, nor even an online consultation.) Due to my life being put on hold at age 20 and having to take leave from work I had no other option but to buy a wig blind. I was promised 10 day processing (express shipping) which I paid an additional £50.00 for. My wig was not processed within that time and in fact took over 40 days to come!! I still have not been refunded my fast processing money and have given up asking for it after being ignored email after email.

The worst experience I had was that I was told my wig HAD BEEN shipped at the start of the week by Lucy over email, reassured I would receive it in time to start work again. Again, after a week alarm bells rang as the wig was a no show, I hassled them over email to track my wig and Nuola got back to me to tell me eventually to say my wig had been "lost in the post" by the drop and go service. She didn't seem bothered by this issue and told me she'll just make a new one and ship by the end of the week. There is no evidence that they even posted the wig in the first place and I was blatantly lied to. Why were they not phased by losing an £1000+ wig in the post? why was something of that value not tracked? She obviously told me she posted it to keep me quiet but forgot to make it, so lied and said it was lost in the post. Bearing in mind at this point I had waited over a month since my promised delivery date.

Although the customer service was terrible, I can't knock the quality of the wig. It's brilliant, I just wish my experience with the company was also. If you want a wig to just change your look I'd recommend Nuola Wigs, but I definitely would not recommend if you need a wig urgently due to medical hairloss. The whole process was extremely stressful and upsetting don't make the same mistake I did, from now on will be purchasing from other wig companies. Such a shame as the wig itself is nice.

Nuolawigs are honestly amazing😍!!the staff are so polite & the wigs are unreal, everything down to detail, touch, colour & just how it looks super natural is mind blowing!! Would definitely recommend if your looking for the right perfect wig, i absolutely love mine and can’t wait to get another!!
