WEll done!, I'm very happy with this store, since the order I made was simple but I did lots changes which I think was dificult to bring for them but they had patient and nice communication skills to convince me and solve the issue with bringing the changes.

Due to the unexplained delay, I will only give three stars. I am happy with my items though.

I really hope I’m wrong and my black 2 piece tracksuit isn’t going to be poor quality or turn up a month later with no contact but anyway I’ve received no email to confirm if I’m getting my order and I’ve emailed you guys multiple times. Seeing all these bad reviews has just took the joy out of waiting for my parcel as it seems to be poor quality from first hand experience

Nurozis imponerade verkligen på mig. Tyget känns premium och stilen är modern och lätt att bära.

I have lots of t-Shirt but most of them doesn't fit on me correctly, I tried this website and ordered a t-shirt than I got order confirmation email after that I checked their website rating on Trustpilot and shocked with the rating I tough my money gone.. but I've received the t-shirt and it fits very well on me, I think I'm the lucky one among their clients lol

I had a great experience of buying a jacket. It was so comfortable in this cold weather. I would to recommend it my family and friends. Thanks

Ordered a jacket in November—sizes were completely wrong (XL smaller than L). Customer service was slow and unhelpful, refused to cover return shipping despite it being their fault.
After 2 months, they sent a replacement… but it was the WRONG item entirely. Instead of a winter sherpa lined jacket which is stylish gilet for men they sent the stylish gilet for men which is a suit waistcoated jacket, completely opposite to a winter casual jacket which is a complete wrong on their behalf as in all email threads I sent photos of the gilets (to show incorrect sizing issue) so I have no idea how they could have got it so wrong
Now 3 months later, still no resolution. This was meant to be a Christmas present and the whole experience has been a mess.
Avoid this company—you may lose your money and never get what you ordered.

Appalling quality, no label to state the materials or washing instructions. After many emails back n forth over 2 months they're still refusing a full refund, only offered 30%! They accept no responsibility and refuse a return stating they only have 1 depot in China! The website is very misleading, it does not state that the item will come from China and it misleads you to think a return/ refund would be easy.

shipping was fast and my item came packaged in a lovely box. Content with what i got and will be back to buy more

I had a really good experience with Nurozis.com. The ordering process was simple and the website was easy to navigate. My order arrived within the expected timeframe and everything was well packaged.

Customer support responded to my question and helped clarify a small detail about the product before shipping, which I appreciated. The quality met my expectations and overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a tracksuit on the 19th of December (over 2 months ago) for £50. It still hasn't been delivered. Customer service only provide holding responses.
I have now requested a refund, as I don't think it will ever be delivered.

Oplichters. Je krijgt iets wat totaal niet op foto lijkt. En geld terug willen ze niet geven. Je moet een pakket naar china terugsturen wat daar nooit aankomt en je geld kan je naar fluiten!

Ze hebben onder dit bericht een net bericht geschreven als antwoord maar trap er absoluut niet in! Ik heb ze naar aanleiding van onderstaande reactie een mail gestuurd maar ze reageren nergens op. Echte oplichters!

Four stars from me. The product is great, although the delivery man dropped it in the rain next to my wheelie bin rather than on the porch like he should have!.. Other than that, I'm really happy with the whole experience..

I got a few different items, and they're all top-notch. I did a bit research beforehand and made sure it was worth it, and definitely is.

I’ve got what I was looking for.
Really feels high quality, and stylish. The best thing I really liked about this brand was packing system really unique and surprising. If they could add more colors of their brand some of their products has two or three colors.

Fits perfectly and feels great to wear.
The materials feels really premium adn looks beeter for me. I'm going order somemore...

And i messaged them to get refund, took long time to respond and they did not go forward for refund
