Still waiting for my refund for a delivery I never received , no one is acknowledging my emails. I was told I’ll get a refund then someone tried telling me I get a replacement ALSO someone acknowledged my previous review on here to email their customer service BUT THEY DONT REPLY I just want my money back . Absolute scammers this company should be taken off google

I ordered a leather jacket. Order #2503. First problem, it was shipped from China and they didn't mention it. Second problem was that size doesn't match the standard Uk sizes. Third problem, quality is terrible. Last problem no customer services and no returns. I lost my money and i do not have a jacket my size.
This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them or you will lose your money. Police should be involved in this fraud.

Complete rubbish, scammers and all nonsense… cheap quality clothes… what is shown on the website it’s completely different to what it is send to you.

They state they don’t do refunds and if you insist they say they can exchange the good for you to get some else.

Postage is rediculous takes longer to arrive.

This company should banned and will be reported to trading standard UK…

Should you want to return the goods they give you non- existence addresses in China to post which cost is rediculous takes longer…
Contacting my bank to do a reversed payment…been battling with them since December 24th till date

Absolutely appalling customer service and company itself. Paid £60 for a tracksuit and the order hasn't arrived for over a month now. Company ignores emails and calls. No refund, No delivery , No Customer service. Its a SCAM. Avoid at all costs

It's a scam website, do not order from here. What comes through the post is like one of those Temu or Shein moments, 'This is what I ordered' vs 'This is what I received'. Cheap, weird dimensions and absolutely nothing like the website image. I ordered heavy duty workwear overalls and what arrived was a pair of polyester overalls with cheap stitching, weird dimensions and the wrong colour.

When you view this website you'll see some beautiful clothes, I ordered a grey long coat as a Christmas present for myself. It arrived on the 31st of December in the smallest package, light as a feather. Once opened, I knew by the quality, no branding or labels that this wasn't what I ordered. Imagine the quality of something you find on holidays by street vendors that you'd buy for a euro - that kind.

I emailed right away, heard nothing for 10 days, then I got an email back from Sara, eventually. She wanted as much proof as possible that something went wrong with my order, and demanded pictures. After this, something so straight-forward, didn't get resolved at all, it's now the 20th. She has ignored the T&Cs and flipped the script to say that she could plant a tree with the money, give it to family and friends or whatever to get out of giving me a refund. They have to, by consumer law to provide a refund, but they won't. I'm onto my bank now and I might even reach out to Trading Standards to look into them.

Please, do not order from this company as you'll have a nightmare on your hands. Businesses like this one shouldn't be in business in the first place.

P.S they will most likely reply with thee most professional looking outcome to look into it for me below this review, this is just to show you (the customer) that they aren't this terrible.

SCAM!! AVOID!! Please do not order from this website. I placed an order and after weeks of waiting it finally did arrive however quality is poor and it’s too small I wanted to return. I emailed and had a reply from someone called Lucy who advised she could send out a different size. I declined this as I just want to return and get a refund. After 6 emails of me requesting a return label I’ve still had no reply. Looking at all the other reviews this is a common practice for this scam of a website. I wish I had checked online before ordering . I have since reported to trading standard and to my bank. Please do not buy from this website!!!

The item I order was of very poor quality, no labels and took ages to arrive. Major hassle to return, offered a refund of 20%, then 30%, then 50% and keep the cardigan! The reason for this is that the goods are made in China and the Netherlands address is the companies head office. I priced up to return the item it would have costed £63!!! Double what I paid for it.
I have since been trying to contact customer service who are very slow at getting back to you and it looks like I will only receive half the amount I paid for the goods.

The quality is so poor and doesn't look like anything like on the website. I've been trying to return unworn and unused clothing items since January 6th. I still haven't received any instructions on how to return the items, and customer service continues to delay or not respond to my emails. Very disappointing!

This company is a scam, I've tried several attempts to get my order 4448 returned and they have ignored every email.

No stars should be given! Do not purchase anything from this SCAM company. Ordered a tracksuit that looks nothing like advertised on their website. Material is so cheap and sizing is ridiculous its a one size fits all, absolute joke! Their website states full refund which is false advertising. They send automated replies saying that they only have one warehouse in the world conveniently to process returns and prefer you to keep their (cheap and tacky) clothes because of ecological process emissions (how very caring of them) and take 20% off your total order value and refund that back.... what a bloody cheek! This website should be closed down immediately, and everyone should report them. Make sure to claim back off your credit card for the refund do not waste any time with their pathetic replies as they are liars. They should be ashamed of themselves taking peoples money like that.

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THIS SITE ,over 3 weeks of emails to return an item totally breaching there return policy, same emails sent with ridiculous % offers made to spend on there crap website the tracksuit ordered was not as advertised on there site crap material ,I believe this is a bogus scam site ,ended up calling my bank to take over the situation got refund from my bank and they are now contacting this crap site ,so hopefully they were c this site isn't what it seems and gets shut down please do not buy from them and this would off been a zero star rating

Don’t buy! Products comes nothing like advertised.And they also don’t let you return really without paying a fee.The garment does not even have any labels in it, clearly not the same fabric as advertised. as this item is unwearable.Payed almost £50 for something worth about £10!

Ordered a mens coat size medium and it turned up way too small.
Theres no sizing guide on the website to warn you this. I asked for a return and to refund me and they refuse to give me a refund.
They steal your money!!

I wish I’ve read all these review ms before, this company sells you substandard garments, they are not true to their sizes, items don’t arrive together, they when you email them (continuously) they ignore you or keep you on a loop like.

“Please send us an email with your order number and photos of the garments and we will deal with your complain” and then they ignore you even longer to burn out the return window.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IS A DISASTER.

Following on from my previous review, i opened up a Chargeback claim directly with my credit card for the amount of £42. This was not long after receiving the awful coat back in November. I completed the online paperwork in December and submitted evidence, which was mainly emails from me, as Nurozis hardly responded to me anyway or gave very creative, ridiculous reasons why they couldn’t take my order back. I wonder if they’ve planted that tree in my honour? It must have been obvious during the investigation that they were a unreliable company with little to no intention of giving me a refund, due to a lack of correspondence on their part.
I finally received the result of the investigation today, full refund given and the case is closed.
To everyone who has had a similar experience, please raise it with your credit card and ask for a chargeback. Your bank will look into it, providing you have kept a record of all emails. It won’t take them long to realise Nurozis do not do refunds and do not want to help their customers. Don’t allow them to get away with it and don’t be fooled by them saying they’ll help. They won’t. They try to give false hope both publicly on here and privately, but then won’t respond. You won’t see a penny trying to get any refund yourself. The only way to get a refund is to raise a chargeback claim.
Funny that when the credit card dispute was opened, only the very next day did Nurozis start to take me seriously. They sent me a couple of concerned emails, despite all my previous unhappy emails asking for a refund. Even then after a couple of days, I got nowhere with them and in the end, once again, I got the silent treatment!
I now have a rubbish coat as a reminder to not purchase items off an unknown company again, or at least check Trust Pilot first for reliability.
Lesson learnt!

Dear Nurozis, you have a lot of unhappy customers out there who want their money back. Do the right thing and give it to them.
Or better still, try a different career where you don’t scam customers.

DO NOT USE this company. The merino wool jumper is not merino wool. The sizing is terrible and now they are ignoring my request for a refund.

Zero stars, total scam, ordered a puffer jacket that arrived vac packed into a tiny plastic bag from China, no tags or labels and absolutely nothing like the online image. Have raised a chargeback on my card as they won't give a total refund. Do NOT buy anything from there scammers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are not legitimate. I would select zero stars if this was an option. Extremely frustrating experience. The website does not state anywhere that customers are required to pay for return shipping. I explicitly asked the company to point out where this is specified on their website, and this request has been ignored.

Instead of providing a clear answer or a return label, customer service takes around 2/3 days to respond and continues to delay the process by requesting photos and additional information. This is particularly concerning given their 30-day return policy, as the delays appear to be pushing me closer to this deadline. I have been emailing now for 3 weeks.

The website lists a Netherlands address, but returns are actually sent to CHINA, which was never disclosed upfront. The return address provided was also incomplete, with no postcode, making the return process unclear and risky.

Overall, this company lacks transparency and makes returns unnecessarily difficult. I will be sending this to my credit card company for a refund

Do not, under any circumstances buy from this company. The products are of significant inferior quality and the sizes are not what you ordered. Engaging them to secure a return and refund is almost impossible, meaning that you give up. I gave up as it was taking up too much of my time to resolve and energy, which is what they hope you do. It’s a scam. Don’t do it! You’ve been advised!!
