The ordering process was fine
The ordering process was fine. Delivery to Canada was not. They claimed no hidden charges, but shipping charges later almost doubled. I have been charged $30 US for shipment of two small bottles of supplements weighing a few ounces. I quote from a reply I got from them: "I would like to clarify that the shipping charges applied to your order are based on the final weight of the shipment." Fedex now want's additional indeterminate fees (and evidently power of attorney) for customs clearance.
I suggest customers requiring international shipment to place orders with other companies that don't use Fedex.

Our shipping charges are based on the final weight of the order, and we always aim to be transparent about any costs. Unfortunately, international shipments can sometimes incur additional fees or customs requirements that are beyond our control, particularly with carriers like FedEx.
Currently, we are shipping Canada-bound orders via FedEx due to the ongoing Canada Post strikes, to ensure that deliveries are not delayed further.

Easy ordering and prompt delivery
The site is very easy to order and make payment. I have ordered previously and never had any issues with my orders and delivery. This product is in a glass jar and they take care to ensure proper packaging.

According to the tracking update, the delivery attempt was made but the driver could not access the delivery location. It is currently scheduled for delivery on Friday, October 17, 2025.

Fast delivery to Germany
For anyone wondering, they do deliver to Europe. I requested Priority Shipping in the order instructions during checkout, and the package was delivered to Germany in just a few days via FedEx. The support was also very kind and helpful.
IMPORTANT: If you live in Germany, write your address as "Str." instead of "Straße". Apparently FedEx can't handle the German letter "ß".

I placed an order without getting a chance to use a discount code sent after the order
I placed an order. I was looking at my emails and a second email was sent after I finished paying which offered a discount code for my first order which I wasn’t able to take advantage of. I don’t know if that can be rectified at this point. Very disappointed as shipping and tax really increase the cost.

It’s been three weeks and I still don’t even have shipping information for my order. I’ve sent an email saying I want my money back and I just get emails back telling me that they understand my frustration and that it’s coming but will not provide a tracking number.

Great customer service
There was a problem with getting my stuff. The delivery was delayed for weeks and weeks. But whenever I contacted customer service I got quick feedback and help. They inquired where my package was, and as soon as USPS responded they emailed me and followed up.
