Don’t use this absolute joke of a company
This company is a scam. I ordered 3 bottles of Mustle gel I went to checkout I entered my card and said they couldn’t process I tried again and same thing. Then I got notification from my credit card company that I was charged 2 times. I tried to talk with them no respond they had enough nerve to send me 10 percent discount with my gel still in cart. No response to my emails and if I was you find another supplier because I thing this is a scam

Great company with great employees
I was skeptical at first about ordering from this website because I wasn’t sure of its legitimacy. I ordered the supplement, “Motility Pro” and unfortunately it was mis-delivered by my local post office.
I reached out to the company, explaining my situation. A wonderful employee by the name of Emily Harper, responded immediately and turned this entire experience around. She had a replacement mailed out promptly to my address with tracking. I’m so grateful and have high hopes that this product will help me on my healing journey. In short, this has been a wonderful customer experience, all thanks to her.

Extraordinary effort by staff
The item I ordered was back ordered from the warehouse that would serve my location. Emily Harper, Customer Service Executive, made the extraordinary effort to contact their other warehouse where a limited number of the item was there, and had one shipped to me. Most places would have just said sorry, check again to see if it’s in stock. Not Emily. In a sense, she saved my Cushing’s dog.

Non transparent shipping cost, charging more than at the check-out
My order and parcel was unattended for 2 weeks. Only when I inquired where it is, things started to move and the shipment was sent out from the warehouse. But this negligence is not the worst thing from the story.
A negative surprise followed - 2 weeks after the order, they charged me additional amount for shipping, explaining that it is a "standard practice". They give only an estimate at the checkout and when the parcel is shipped, they may charged you extra. I consider this a hidden cost, they never warned me about this, I just saw an email "after the fact" saying - this is your extra charge. Whether I agree with it or not, my card was simply charged and no prior agreement from my side was sought.
They only referred me to "check the general terms", we always do it like this. At least a courtesy reminder or warning at the checkout would be a nice-to-have - but they don't do it.
Well, rest assured, due to this lack of transparency, I will not use this e-shop again. Sorry.

Not at all transparent. The shipping policy says bulk orders may incur extra charges — but I only ordered four bottles of vitamins, which is hardly a bulk order.
At checkout, I was charged $24.95 for shipping, and then the company attempted to charge my credit card an additional $55 for shipping after the purchase, without my approval. That’s completely unacceptable.
If extra shipping costs apply, that should be clearly stated before checkout so customers can choose whether to proceed. Charging more after the fact without consent is misleading and unethical.
I would never order from them again. If you want to charge more for shipping, fine — but be upfront about it and let the customer decide. Terrible experience. Never again.
Edit. We had numerous emails back and forth regarding this issue so no I won’t be responding further. Your own department manager even messaged me so you know what you’re doing

Expensive delivery charges
I have brought alot of stuff from USA (iherb) to KSA , but Nutriessential has very poor delivery system.
Even after charging international delivery charges they charge second time( didn’t discuss anything) then third time local charges(custom/duty fee) .
My product is of 20 usd and delivery charges are in combine reached to 65 usd .
Then what is the benefit to buy from Nutriessential
I am wondering how other online stores are delivering smoothly like Amazon, iherb , trendyol, ali baba, shein, temu etc.
Very poor service
I will not recommending any one.there delivery charges in the end is 4 times the product cost.
And they didn’t know about it.
They use fedex for delivery which is itself a expensive service.

Delivery concerns
My issue is the delivery time for my order, 9 days from the date of order. I was told that you don’t have control over how long it takes for DHL to get the product to the USPS but I say it’s your responsibility that the product is shipped and received by your customer timely. Perhaps you should consider a better shipping policy that will deliver orders to your customers more timely. I don't like waiting 9 days especially when I get orders in 2 days if I purchase direct from Pure. Unfortunately Pure showed the product out of stuck and I ran across your company who had it in stock. I was told several times by your customer service department that you are totally transparent and I am quite aware of your written shipping policy but I still say 9 days is too long and if you want to get better reviews and have long term customers I strongly suggest that you rethink your shipping policy to ensure that your customers get their orders much sooner. I will say that your customer service department did address all my concerns while I waited on my product to be received and they were professional in their written communications with me.

The Sold Me a Product That They Didn't Have
They sold me a product that they did not have and could not get. I paid them more than $317.00 for a product that had been DISCONTINUED. When I inquired about my undelivered order, they confirmed that the item that I had bought and paid for had been discontinued. They made no effort to offer me a refund and offered me store credit instead. I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANY OTHER PRODUCT ON THEIR WEBSITE, SO I REQUESTED A REFUND. They said they would refund the purchase, but months went by and no refund was ever issued. I eventually disputed the charge on my debit card and after an investigation by my credit union, a refund was issued SIX MONTHS LATER. I believe this incident constitutes credit card fraud. Here is why: *Nutriessential advertised an item that they didn't have and couldn't get. *Nutriessential accepted money for an item that they didn't have and couldn't get. *Nutriessential never delivered an item that I had paid more than $300.00 for. *Nutriessential refused to refund the money for a product that they never delivered. *After a FRAUD INVESTIGATION by my debit card company, I finally received a refund for the money I paid Nutriessential for this fraudulent transaction. *It took SIX MONTHS and a FRAUD INVESTIGATION to receive a refund of the money that I paid them for a product that they never delivered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
