I ordered 2 bottles of Derma-E Cowash…
I ordered 2 bottles of Derma-E Cowash on 07/24/2025. On 08/21/2025, I contacted Nutriessential to request a refund to my credit card as I had not heard anything about my order and purchased the product elsewhere. On 08/22/2025, I heard from the company who wanted to verify if I wanted a refund or a store credit. I wanted a refund as previously stated. On 08/25/2025 I received correspondence that my refund was being passed to the appropriate department and it would take 5-7 business days to process. Today, 09/22/2025, my products were delivered despite my request for a refund that was never processed. I would not recommend this company due to a lack of communication, lack of ethical practices, and failure to follow through.

Sales tax charged incorrectly, but happy about early delivery
I had a problem when ordering an item from them for the first time. Although their website said that they won't charge sales tax and handling, they did charge me the tax. I purchased the item on Sep 12, a Friday. I then sent an email a few minutes after I placed the order asking about it. I got a reply the following Tuesday from Emily with an apology and an explanation saying that the no sales tax was from an old promo which has since expired and they have yet to update their website. She offered a store credit for the tax charged. I would have preferred a straight credit of the tax to my credit card but I appreciated the gesture nonetheless. I also appreciated receiving the order a couple of days ahead of the estimated delivery date in good condition.

Good experience, but came from Fullscript
My order was processed quickly, shipped and came as expected, so all that was great. However, my products came from Fullscript, so at least in this instance, Nutriessential is just acting as the middleman, which if I had known, I would have just ordered from Fullscript directly.

I completely understand your concern. I personally went through your account and investigated this matter. We shipped your order correctly to the exact address you provided, and as shared in our email, the USPS invoice clearly shows the correct shipping details.
Additionally, Canada Post has also confirmed that the package was successfully delivered to your address and placed in your mailbox. I kindly request you to check your mailbox carefully—it should be there. Please also review the email we sent you with all the proofs from USPS and Canada Post for your reference.
