Shop anywhere else but here
This company has horrific "customer service" (if you can even call it that). I placed an order over three weeks ago and have still not received it. The 'service" agent was incredibly unprofessional, placing blame on someone else for the package not shipping and refused to cancel my order even after I requested it be cancelled three times. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! You will never receive your order and they will treat you unprofessionally!

I’m very sorry to read your feedback and would like to personally clarify the situation after reviewing your account and all previous correspondence with our customer care department.
Your cancellation request was raised over the weekend. By that time, your order had already been shipped from our third-party warehouse, since the product was not available in your nearest manufacturer warehouse. We made the extra effort to arrange and cover the cost of this shipment ourselves, without charging you anything additional.
Please understand, as per our shipping policy, once an order has been dispatched it cannot be rerouted or cancelled. This is why we were unable to stop the shipment after your weekend request. We did reply to you promptly on Monday, explaining the situation.
We truly value your business, and I kindly ask you to view our efforts in arranging and covering the additional shipping as a gesture of appreciation rather than poor service. We are always here to support you and ensure you receive your products on time and in the best possible condition.

Good communication. Fast delivery to Australia. Communicated extra postage costs $16.50 when charged. I was expecting extra postage costs at customs from reading other reviews so this was fine.

Absolutely horrible company. Steer clear. There are many other more reputable companies that treat their customers with respect.
UPDATE to respond to Nutriessentials response
IN SUMMARY THEIR RESPONSE IS FILLED WITH LIES. I HAVE ALL OF THE DATED EMAILS TO PROVE THE FACTS.
Your cancellation request was received after your order had already been dispatched. - THIS IS A BLATANT LIE!!! I literally wrote to you minutes after I placed my order and several times in the subsequent days before the package shipped. You said you can't cancel an order after it is placed, not shipped. and I tried your chat to which no one replies...EVER.
Despite this, we still offered you a solution by providing the equivalent of the 10% discount you requested— NO YOU DID NOT! You knew the package was already on its way back to you when you offered this, then said I violated your return policy.
Unfortunately, you declined this option and refused delivery of the package. - again, you only offered this well after about 15 emails to your company and after I told you I would refuse the package and after the package was already on its way back. You knew it was a worthless offer
Please note, supplements cannot be returned to manufacturers once dispatched, and damaged or refused packages result in a total loss. - then why did you offer to have the packaged return stating your return policy AFTER I notified you that I would refuse the package and AFTER the package was on it's way back to you?
We always strive to go the extra mile - you not only didn't go the extra mile, you literally did nothing. You tried to enforce policies that customers do not know about or acknowledge.
we also feel it’s important to share the full context - then why didn't you? None of what you wrote above is accurate and complete
Also, all of the emails are sent well into the night time in EST. My thought is this is some offshore third world country selling fake products.

Great customer service
A supplement I take has been discontinued so I am having to buy it from suppliers that I haven't used before. That's how I found Nutriessential and naturally I was a bit concerned knowing nothing about them.
BUT an honest mistake was made and I was notified that my package was delivered across the country. I emailed their tech support and they discovered that my tracking number was wrong. My supplements arrived soon after.
The communication and diligence the support team showed was astonishing to me. Their emails were kind and thoughtful and they wanted to know when my package arrived safely. Not to mention it arrived rather quickly.
Overall very pleased with my experience.

Tumeric powder
Just recently I found out my package that I ordered did not come to my address. So I got in touch with Emily and wrote a complaint about the situation. She then contacted me email and my product was returned to my mailbox. Good customer service and now I can enjoy my tumeric powder. Jan K

Order was delivered
I received a notice that my order #79791
was delivered!!! It was not delivered to my address - I would like a refund of the products I ordered or the products I ordered sent to me at my address. Very disappointed with this.

Nutriessentials responded very quickly and determined that there was a system error and the wrong information was sent - They did sent me the correct tracking information and I did receive my order yesterday. I will definitely do business with them again as they have exceptional customer service and care about their customers.

HMF not delivered cool
I ordered HMF Replete which needs to be refrigerated. It came in a package with no cooling packs at all. Now I’m not sure if I can even use it as it might have gone bad.
