Oakley Eyeglasses Part

I purchased Oakley eyeglass frames. The nose pads protruded excessively, so I tried to replace them with smaller ones, but I couldn't find them at the store where I bought them or at the Oakley store. The Oakley store employee told me to look on Amazon. I couldn't find them anywhere. I will never buy Oakley eyeglass frames again.

I bought HSTN sunglasses

I bought HSTN sunglasses, which are expensive, from their website, and when I received them, they didn't come with a hard case, only a soft one. Even though the price is the same in-store as online, that's a disadvantage. Not good.

Servizio Clienti disonesto

Essere presi in giro dal servizio clienti di Oakley anche no!
Ho acquistato una maschera da sci a gennaio 2026 nella quale mancava la custodia protettiva. Ho contattato il servizio clienti il quale, inizialmente, si è dimostrato disponibile a risolvere il problema. Dopo continui rinvii, problemi tecnici con la spedizione del ricambio e, addirittura, mancato assortimento (stiamo parlando delle custodie protettive delle maschere da sci !!!!) siamo arrivati alla fine della stagione invernale e il servizio clienti continua a sostenere che Oakley ha finito le custodie protettive e che bisogna aspettare il riassortimento. L'atteggiamento del servizio clienti di Oakley sembra più una strategia per far desistere il cliente (sono passati due mesi) che legato a problemi concreti, comportamento che trovo inaccettabile.

Disappointed with Oakley

Disappointed with Oakley, have bought many pairs over the years, but sadly quality of certain items has dropped hence 1star.
Bought a pair of clear plastic RAFTER range glasses, in less than 2 years the plastic has failed, micro cracks everywhere, complained to Oakley but "typical" just out of warranty so tough luck...
Great customer support and not a way to retain customers.
Won't be buying Oakley again, so thats one lost Mr Oakley, if you read this post please take care and if you have any issues with your glasses complain immediately .

Peeling Leather

Leather is already peeling off after first day of use in snow, quality not very reflective of the price. Other than that the gloves do their job of keeping your hands warm.

Sostituzione occhiale difettoseo

Ho sottoposto a Oakley una loro maschera acquistata 4 anni fa ad un prezzo medio/alto circa € 180.00 con evidenti segni di sbiadimento della specchiatura dovuta con ogni probabilità ad un difetto nel trattamento della lente . Mi hanno risposto che l'unica cosa che possono fare e' sostituirmi l'occhiale pagando la modica cifra di €.116.00 .Bella assunzione di responsabilità .....complimenti!!

My favorite pants

I'm transmasc and I love these pants — they're great for an androgynous look. I'm 5"3 so I expected the length of the pant legs to be too long for my proportions but that didn't end up being the case, it looks like they were hemmed for my height. The quality is great and shipping was very fast!

Difetto Lenti

Ritengo che sia imbarazzante e altamente non professionale il servizio post vendita e assistenza.
Non provvede ad una sostituzione e garanzia gratuita delle lenti difettate, ma addirittura propone un prezzo di circa 90 euro per sostituzione delle sole lenti, del valore di 60 euro (stesso modello nuovo presente sul sito oakley).
Trattasi di un danno/difetto di fabbricazione poiché per la seconda volta in pochi mesi con lo stesso modello di lenti m2 frame, si sono create bolle e rigonfiamenti sulla lente, nonostante la corretta cura e manutenzione senza prodotti di pulizia chimici o aggressivi, senza subire urti o danni.
Pessimo che per un prodotto di qualità, prezzo e reputazione così elevate si abbia un servizio di assistenza così pessimo, chiaramente rappresentando un prodotto di non qualità.
Mai più comprerò Oakley e non lo raccomando, provvederò a recensioni negative.

Faulty Oakley light changing lenses

I found the Oakley light changing lenses have a fault with the film which changes with the light, peals away from the lens itself, making the glasses unfit for purpose. I can’t find my receipt, so Oakley customer service have concentrated on this rather than addressing the faulty lens coating.

Dont get the Oakley Line Miners Pro its…

Dont get the Oakley Line Miners Pro its just an over price crap. They fogged up like crazy and the lens got scratch so easily, tried returning it but both Oakley and Pacific Boarder were no help. Save your money and stay away from Oakley Goggles in general

Poor Execution on Prescription GLasses

I ordered a pair of Oakley glasses with prescription lenses during a sale, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating.

When the glasses arrived, they immediately caused eye strain and headaches. I took them to my optometrist to double-check the prescription, and it turns out the lenses were made incorrectly and did not match the prescription I originally ordered.

I called Oakley customer service and spoke with someone who seemed helpful and said they would send me a return label. The label never arrived. I checked all my spam folders and inboxes—nothing. After the weekend, I called again and went through the whole process a second time. This time I did receive the return label and sent the glasses back.

Shortly after returning them, I received an email from Oakley stating that due to “unforeseen circumstances,” they were unable to redo the order.

Ordering glasses shouldn’t be this difficult—especially considering how expensive prescription eyewear has become. Between the incorrect lenses, the extra troubleshooting, and ultimately being told the order couldn’t be remade, the whole process turned into a huge headache.

I’ve always considered Oakley one of the top brands for eyewear and have been a longtime fan of their products. Unfortunately, this experience has been so disappointing that I’ll be looking elsewhere for glasses in the future.

Terrible design flaw

Terrible design flaw. Ordered these through my union eyeglasses store & seemed fine to try on, but the edge on the bottom of the temples digs into my ears. After a little research, I now realize my pair isn't a one off. I've been wearing Oakley for years, so this is quite disappointing.

Great style

Great style, light, fit is perfect. However the retention leaves a lot to be desired. Less than a week and they already had a lense partially pop free. I was able to correct it, but fishing line and friction should probably be re-thought. My prior brand used winglets on the lense and took a lot of abuse. These haven't even experienced rough handling yet.

Hundred percent guaranteed that this helmet will turn heads i’ve wore this helmet twice and I’ve already gotten like 10 people come up to me and say they really like my helmet I even got Olympic athlete, Austin Florian (USA skeleton athlete) to sign it!!!

If you plan on using these for winter activities don’t

If you plan on using these for snowboarding or winter activities cause that’s what they advertise. Don’t the battery won’t last more then 20 minutes in the cold

Keinerlei Ersatzteile, stattdessen Empfehlung für Neukauf

Das Unternehmen stellt keinerlei Verschleiß- oder Ersatzteile für seine Helme bereit. Für einen lediglich 2,5 Jahre alten Helm (Modell DRT3) ist kein Ersatz für das inzwischen ausgerissene Stirngummi erhältlich. Seitens des Kundenservice wird lediglich auf die abgelaufene Garantie verwiesen oder alternativ ein Gutschein für einen Neukauf angeboten.

Ein solches Vorgehen ist aus Kundensicht enttäuschend und wenig nachhaltig. Aber passt zu einem amerikanischen Unternehmen. Anstatt Reparaturmöglichkeiten zu unterstützen, wird faktisch zum Neukauf gedrängt. Andere Hersteller zeigen hier, dass ein kundenorientierterer und nachhaltigerer Umgang durchaus möglich ist.

Mein erster und letzter Helm von Oakley.

Premium-Preis, aber kein Premium-Service

Ich war bislang überzeugte Kundin von Oakley und habe die Marke immer mit Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit verbunden. Umso enttäuschender war meine aktuelle Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice.

Bei meinem Skihelm ist der Riemen gerissen. Aus meiner Sicht lag ein klar erkennbarer Verarbeitungsfehler vor (nicht mittig gestanztes Loch, dadurch Materialschwächung). Im Geschäft wurde mein Anliegen jedoch kaum geprüft und eher infrage gestellt. Zudem wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es für Helme grundsätzlich keine Ersatzteile gibt und im Defektfall nur ein Neukauf vorgesehen ist.

Auch der anschließende Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice führte zu keiner zufriedenstellenden Lösung, da die Garantiefrist knapp überschritten war. Statt einer inhaltlichen Prüfung des Mangels wurde mir lediglich ein Rabattcode angeboten.

Erschwerend kam hinzu, dass man bei nahezu jeder E-Mail mit einer anderen Ansprechperson kommuniziert hat. Die Antworten wirkten standardisiert und offenbar KI-übersetzt, was den Austausch zusätzlich unpersönlich und wenig individuell erscheinen ließ.

Besonders enttäuschend finde ich, dass ein ansonsten intakter Helm aufgrund eines einzelnen defekten Bauteils entsorgt werden soll. Das ist weder kundenfreundlich noch nachhaltig – gerade bei einem sicherheitsrelevanten Produkt in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Schade, denn bisher hatte ich ein anderes Bild von der Marke.

Oakely was good quality. Not no more

Oakely was good quality, not anymore. Just cheap frames with a replaceable nose bridge that falls out when you clean them. Paid $475 for a pair a month ago and have lost 3 nose bridges already. Dont waste your money

DON'T ORDER IF YOU LIVE IN UK

Honestly, one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. They fail to tell you that their items are shipped from Europe, which takes AGES/NEVER arrive. I don't think they know how to clear UK customs - my order got stuck in a warehouse in Poland. Customer Services don't help in any way. Avoid.
