Habe schon mehrmals eine offensichtlich benutzte oder Defekte Brille erhalten. Rückversand ist mit UPS und Etikett selber drucken so umständlich wie es nur geht. Werde ich in Zukunft meiden.

Buyers beware all features do not work on these glasses

All the features did not work like conversation focus send last photo to contact and much more buyers. Beware set my glasses back for a refund. They advertise all the stuff to work, but they do not work on the Oakley Vanguard. They work perfectly on my Ray-Ban‘s but not on my Oakley‘s glasses. Keep telling me to connect my phone to the Internet and other things a lot of money for glasses that don’t work properly I think it was a money grab and they released it before everything was ready to be used. I’m sure Oakley has a truckload of returned Vanguard sunglasses now scratching their head, wondering what to do sucks because they are nice glasses, but not worth the money without all the options working correctly.

Oakley O09242 - has an amazing looking, I love it, but come on Oakley, why the heck you add this rubber nose pads??
In less than 6 months, I lost it twice and to get it from you, it’s kind impossible or very expensive! Wondering why did you do it with us? I wear Holbrook for almost 12 years, was perfect, but now with rubber nose pads, falling all the time is frustrating.

It is a great helmet I like it

It is a great helmet I like it! The only thing wrong is the earpiece fell out and I lost it. They don’t have replacement parts. It’s a hassle dealing with warranty, I will take a month or more for any results from the company! I don’t understand why they don’t sell just the earpiece instead of having to send a whole helmet back. And now I’m without a helmet for almost a month.

Awesome glasses- incredible fragile

I love the look on these glasses so much that I’ve bought 2 pairs. The first I sat on which is why they got all loose and unfitting to my head but then I bought a second pair, swore to and have taken incredible care of them but somehow they have still gotten all loose, un-level, and don’t fit the head well without having to shove the arms into the side of ur head

Disgusting customer service

Customer service is shocking. Most negative reviews reflect that Oakley standards across the board have gone down the toilet, and they are not wrong.

Despite many many emails, they just ignore me and treat me with contempt. DISGUSTING. I am going to leave a review every time they ignore my communications. Social media also !!!

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience.

I ordered three shirts, yet only two were delivered. The package itself clearly states “2/2 items,” which already confirms that only two pieces were included — so it is obvious that one shirt was never sent. Despite this, I am now being told that a full investigation is required, as if the issue is unclear.

On top of that, I am being asked to provide a copy of my ID and fill out an entire page of information. This is completely unreasonable. This mistake was not mine — it was yours — and I do not see why I should have to spend my time completing paperwork and providing personal identification to fix an error your company made. That responsibility should fall on your support team, not on me as the customer.

To make matters worse, customer support has been so slow to respond that I have now missed the return window. As a result, I am left paying for a shirt I never received, while being stuck with two shirts that I no longer want and can no longer return.

This situation feels unfair and extremely frustrating. I expected much better service, accountability, and respect for customers.

Oakley Flight Deck L - überteuerte Skibrille
Es ist ein Krampf für diese Skibrille ein Austauschglas zu ergattern. Warum wird die Brille mit zwei Gläsern in der gleichen Kategorie angeboten??? Kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Die Ersatzgläser sind teurer als komplette Brillen anderer guter Hersteller. Das Wechseln des Brillenglases fordert Nerven...ein Putzen des Glases bleibt nicht aus...auch dass funktioniert bei preiswerteren Marken um einiges besser. Die von Oakley hochgelobten Prizm-Gläser bieten nicht das, was einem versprochen wird.
Ich ärgere mich dermaßen
Mein Fazit: überteuerter Schrott!!!!

I received the wrong item

I received the wrong item. I telephoned and the rep said they would resend the correct item. I received the wrong order again. I called again and the rep said they would refund the cost. When I didn't receive the refund I called yet again-3rd time- and the person put me on hold so long I think she retired. I called for the 4th time and after choosing options 8 TIMES and listening to a recording babble about privacy policy the call was disconnected. 5th phone call -i THINK I will now be getting the promised refund. ROTTEN customer service and a ridiculous number of options-some of which are not relevant means I will deal with Oakley as little as possible

2/24 update after a SIXTH phone call to settle this matter, I was told that the refund had not been issued because they never received the item back. I stated that twice I had been told that I would receive a return label in my email but had not received it. SEVENTH phone call was to Visa credit card. Refund issued by Visa. Moral-If you must deal with Oakley use a credit, and not a debit card.

Don’t use them if you need an item quickly

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered 3pairs of ski goggles and they keep slipping delivery. Be aware that all products seem to be sent from Poland, so if you need an item quickly, go elsewhere! Also need to cancel an order for a helmet as it’s the wrong one. Tried to cancel order and the chat help says they can’t - I have to reject it on delivery but it’s at MY RISK. I’ve managed to speak to them on the phone and the guy at the other end wouldn’t listen and talked over me the whole time - without any doubt the very worst customer support I have ever dealt with. Note that this item hasn’t even been posted yet and they keep emailing to say there’s a technical fault and a delay to delivery. So Oakley are willing to send it from Poland, to the UK for me to reject at my door - because their system won’t allow them to cancel it. Crazy business operation and I’d rate it a Zero if I could. I’m of the opinion that Oakley.com are a fraudulent entity.

Oakley ya no es lo que era

Me dicen que efectivamente mi máscara de esquí está defectuosa, que la cubre la garantía y que elija otra porque de la mía no tienen stock. Elijo otra y mando la mía. Llevan una semana con mi máscara allí y en la web pone que no hay stock de la de sustitución, que alguien se pondrá en contacto conmigo. No se ha puesto nadie en contacto conmigo y ellos siguen con mi máscara.
La atención postventa ya no es lo que era...

Appalling customer service

I ordered a replacement lenses for Oakley only to realise that ordered them for the wrong frames. I contacted Oakley upon receipt of the order and attempted to return the item. They sent me a return voucher and a link to a website for Correos parcel express. Unfortunately the website had no details for how to contact them without actually purchasing a return voucher from the company. I contacted customer service again and pointed this out. They suggested I send it on my expense. I attempted to do so and the parcel was returned to me. I again contacted customer service and pointed out that the return voucher is useless as it is impossible to contact Correo parcel express without incurring a fee. And even in doing so the parcel was returned to me. Eventually, customer service sent me a UPS parcel sticker which successfully allowed to return of the item. Customer service rang me and that to inform me that the parcel had been received and that they would be processing my reimbursement. I asked about the cost I had incurred in attempting to return it as directed using an expense from Correo parcel express not large €10. Customer service informed me that that was too bad as it fell outside of the approved process they would not be reimbursing the €10.

Long story short, the customer service and returns policy is appalling . Clearly they do not intend anybody to actually use it. And they make it so contrived that it is almost impossible to use. Perhaps this experience is different in other countries, but in Spain, it’s not good.

Never again, total disappointment!!!

Never again! I was super exited to get the new 50 year anniversary edition ski goggles. Unfortunately on my first run they started fogging up right on top of the mountain and since it was cold the fog froze that made it extra difficult and unsafe to ski down. The lances supposed to have a fog protection on the outside but felt that mine didn't. Many communications with oakley and still nothing. I opened a ticket that stated to send them back but when I went to find the label I got that they are offering me a discount on my next purchase. Called them but they were unable to help me, need to talk to another part of after ticketing or whatever(did not send me the link). With this long, never ending process I will never use this discount. I have a trip coming up and the $400 goggles will stay behind.
AND regarding the goggles they went cheap on the foam and air comes in from everywhere, my eyes froze, I was crying the whole time I was skiing. The fit is perfect that leads me to believe the foam is not enough, its very thin. Unbelievable and very very disappointed, no wonder from $406 when down to $280. I have four decades of skiing and I have never EVER complained by any goggles, these are by far my only disappointment. Gonna attempt another call to Oakley today

Broken Helmets

I used it one time and the hemlet cracked. My buddy who also got the same helmet had his crack the first time he used it as well.

It was lagging a lot

It was lagging out and I couldn’t get the info I wanted about certain styles of glasses, such as more info on the user experience of their meta-partnership AR Glasses. Plenty of styles but not enough meaningful info.
But I was fine with the overall design and layout, however especially on mobile devices it is just really stuttering and not smooth when selecting menu choices, etc, very laggy and slow.

I bought the HSTN Amethyst Transition…

I bought the HSTN Amethyst Transition glasses and they do not work and customer support is terrible. Do not recommend, get the ray bans instead.
