Habe schon mehrmals eine offensichtlich benutzte oder Defekte Brille erhalten. Rückversand ist mit UPS und Etikett selber drucken so umständlich wie es nur geht. Werde ich in Zukunft meiden.

Awesmoe frames, fit, & design, but the 24k finish on the lenses is lacking. The gold finish doesnt suit the kato curves, or the coating wasnt applied generously enough: it looks more of a pale glassy-green than gold. VERY disappointing, these oakleys do NOT arrive "as pictured"

Leider ist es nicht möglich einenErsatz für meinen Helm zu bekommen!( kaufen)
Ich bin sehr verärgert, da sich die Mails immer wieder wiederholt haben ( KI )aber es seitens Okley keine Lösung möglich ist . Es handelt sich dabei nur um den Brillen-Clip auf der Rückseite des Helms.
Schade , dass man wegen so einer Kleinigkeit Kunden sehr verärgern kann !
Es ist einmal möglich in Österreich eine Telefonnummer ausfindig zu machen, um ein Kundenservice zu kontaktieren!

Great goggles an great customer service

Great googles for low light and even pretty good on sunny days so I would say good all around. Great fit and never fog. I am beyond happy to have these goggles and your customer service was very patient with me.

Shame on you Oakley, very poor

Shame on you Oakley.my order for my daughters ski goggles that was placed on 15th of Jan to be delivered on 21st jan, hasn’t even left your depot as apparently you can’t get hold of any couriers to send it out so it’s just sat in limbo.no one gave a monkeys at your call centre and were incredibly rude.will NEVER be using this company again and do not recommend to others !

I purchased the Radar Path EV…

I purchased the Radar Path EV prescription sunglasses and was shocked at what arrived. The prescription is just glued to the lenses and sticks out like a sore thumb compared to the overall aesthetic of the sunglasses. Nowhere on the page when purchasing these glasses did it ever show what the sunglasses look like with the prescription. On top of being very expensive, I had issues getting the frames I wanted with my prescription on the website, even though it said you could order them with a prescription. Overall, the whole experience was misleading, and I received something very different from what I thought I was getting. The quality of the glasses is great, but the entire experience was misleading and steers me away from the brand.

Schlechtester Kundenservice aller Zeiten

Habe im November eine Flow Scape L erworben, welche seit der erstmaligen Benützung beschlägt und eine Wasseransammlung im inneren der Brille aufweist.
Die Brille wurde nicht bei Oakley direkt gekauft, jedoch wurde mir vom Kundenservice der Garantieanspruch bestätigt.
Leider ist es hier der Fall, dass nach einmaliger Rückantwort keine weitere von Seiten Oakleys erfolgte. Wenn nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage sich doch jemand meldet wiederholt sich das Ganze und ist es immer ein anderer Mitarbeiter welcher neuerlich die bereits übermittelten Unterlagen anfordert.
Zuletz wurde mir ein Rücksendetikett für die gesamte Brille übermittelt jedoch wollte ich vorab wissen ob das Modell in der gleichen Farbvariante überhaupt vorhanden sei.
Nun wurde mir Mitgeteilt, dass das Glas nicht verfügbar sei, was jedoch eine Lüge ist, da es sich auf der Homepage ohne Probleme auswählen lässt und
mir stattdessen ein 30% Rabattcode geschickt wurde damit ich bei Verfügbarkeit das gewünschte Glas KÄUFLICH!!! erwerben kann

Bought a pair of Oakley flak 2…

Bought a pair of Oakley Flak 2 sunglasses from Bass pro shop for $270. I have found they scratch easier than the $20 shades in gas stations. The manufacturer's warranty covers nothing. Oakley is a complete scam.

Line Miner goggles are compatible with…

Line Miner goggles are compatible with Oakley MOD3 Mips helmet. M goggles for M size helmet. Beautiful visibility, stunning design, almost to no gap between helmet and goggles. Tested on -23C snowboarding and no fogging. Delivery was fast in 2 days. Also, I would like to thank Purolator delivery guy who was brave driving on these conditions and delivered goggles on a major snowstorm day 50cm + of snow. I am so satisfied with Oakley over the years, from sunglasses to helmets and goggles. Keep the good job guys. I am going to buy another set today due to your stunning product and unbeatable service. 5 Stars.

Purchased a jacket a month ago for my…

Purchased a jacket a month ago for my son. $300 and after one wash it’s falling apart. Zipper tags falling off, and the zipper isn’t functioning properly. Contacted Oakley, who sent me to luxxotica after sales. The want the jacket sent in for inspection which can take up to 21 days for a decision. The problem is, we will be without a jacket in the the middle of ski season, and by the time we get it back the season with be nearly over and the jacket pointless. I’ll cut my losses here, but wouldn’t purchase another Oakley item.

Would put zero stars on replacement…

Would put zero stars on replacement lenses for the hydra. I ordered these and they do not come with the nose bridge. The nose bridge on my other hydra glasses is affixed to that lense and won’t come off.
I went to the Oakley store and they tried to remove the bridge and said the nose bridge does not come off . Then I spent hours with customer service who kept trying to make me buy a nose pad, which I did not need. Then told me to buy the bridge from a 3rd party (however they did not know of any). And now they are sending me the return qr code cause these lenses I ordered for my custom oakleys are never wearable.

WARNING Do not buy

WARNING! DO NOT BUY!

I ended up buying the Oakley Flight Deck Pro because of the spare lense set.
I contacted the support to confirm that it was dual layer lenses and got the answer

“ Thanks for contacting Oakley. 
Our team confirmed that the model has a double lens. (NOT a single lens)”

When they arrived I could see that it in fact didn’t have dual layer lenses, I was worried that they would have the same fogging issues as the Liner Miner Pro, I decided to test them out and after going to 4 different ski resorts in different weather conditions I am horrified to say that the keep fogging!!

It is such a bad product…. My 8 year old Oakley Airbrake had a lense changing system that was faster than these and never had any issues with fogging with more than 300 days of skiing.

I have always been happy with my Oakley products so I am sad to say that
the single layer system is NOT working, avoid it and save yourself from a a goggle that is guaranteed to have fogging issues

It is such a bad product at a very high price stay away from them!!

Maschera da sci pessimo prodottto

Ho acquistato a dicembre 2025 presso il punto vendita Salmoiraghi e Vigano a Cortina D'Ampezzo una maschera da sci della Oakley modello Flight Deck pagata Euro 218.
Mio figlio ha usato la maschera che gia dalla primo giorno non è riuscito a sciare perchè si appannava impedendogli di vedere. Inoltre la lente si è staccata e ha avuto difficoltà a rimetterla.
Ho riportato la maschera con regolare scontrino al punto vendita che si è rivolta alla ditta che ha detto che la maschera non era in garanzia e che era stata usata (chiaramente era stata usata solo 1 giorno ).
Mio figlio ha dovuto acquistare una maschera da sci pagata molto di meno che è risultata essere più sicura e funzionale.
La maschera della Oakely è troppo cara per il materiale con cui è fatta e dal servizio clienti mi aspettavo un trattamento diverso.

On Line Order of prescription Glasses

I ordered a pair of prescription Eyeglasses through your online ordering tool, which I had trouble completingthe Order on line, and ultimately had to contact your customer support personnel. They were unable to assist me in getting my Vison Insurance processed, and so I ended up placing the order, and then had to submit my claim after the fact to my Insurance Company. Strike 1!

Upon completing my order on December 18th 2025, which included uploading a copy of my Prescription from my Eye Doctor, I received an email response same day from Oakley stating that my order was received, and my Prescription would be reviewed in 2 to 3 Business Days, and I would receive and email once my order was shipped. On this email they estimated the Ship Date to be January 8, 2026 (see attached). On January 8th, I received a second email stating my prescription was reviewed and approved on that date,13 Business Days after the Order was received, and my Credit Card was billed. Strike 2!

On January 12, 2026, now 15 Business Days after my order was place, I called Customer Service to get a status of my order, since going to the Website to check my order On Line still showed my Order would ship on January 8th. I spoke with Leon (Undoubtedly not his real name), and was told he would check the status real time. After a lengthy delay, he came back and told me that although he could not give me an exact date, he said it was likely my order would ship sometime between the 21st (22 Days after Order) and the 27th (27 Days after Order). When I asked to speak to a Supervisor or Manager I was told that he had the full authority to assist me, and that speaking to a Supervisor would provide no additional support. After I insisted to speak with the next person in the chain of command I was told that person was not available, and that I would have to call back. When I asked if that person could call me, I was told it was not possible .Strike 3!

Expérience ultra frustrante, commande d'une paire en octobre 2025 jamais livré, je me bat depuis pour récuperer le solde de ma carte cadeau qui a ce jour demeure a 0.

SAV par mail et téléphone très compliqué,

Oakley propose de super produit mais je ne referai plus l'erreur de passer pour le site en ligne

J’ai acheté une paire de lunette meta…

J’ai acheté une paire de lunette meta vanguard avec une carte cadeau seul moyen pour obtenir dès la sortie officielle le plus rapidement possible l’article. Seulement lorsque j’ai reçu la commande, les lunettes ne se connectaient pas avec ma montre garmin. J’ai demandé un remboursement et puisque c’était avec une carte cadeau, ils ne veulent pas rentrer en matières j’ai donc une carte cadeau de 549 euros et je n’ai pas d’autre choix que de la dépenser !!!!! Plus jamais je commanderai chez eux.

Look nice but poorly engineered

Look nice but poorly engineered, 1 month after used I filed a clame under the warranty because the arms were coming loose. Had a really hard time getting a replacement, finally got my replacement and 4 weeks after. The same issue on the loose arms, what a way to spend $700 on some poorly manufactured glasses 😡

Disappointing customer service

I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping for an item that was needed for a competitive athlete for upcoming travel. I placed the order on the phone with an agent and explained my need for the item to arrive in time for travel and she said that if I do expedited shipping it will arrive in plenty of time. There was no mention of processing time. The email that I received regarding the order indicated an arrival date. The item did not arrive on that date and I called Oakley to check on it. The first agent told me that the item will ship in 24-48 hrs and when I said this is unacceptable she promptly disconnected the call. I had to call back and wait for a manager. After holding for nearly a half an hour I was connected to a supervisor who told me that processing takes 5 - 7 business days (ordered 1/1/26 and today is 1/8/26) and it will ship in 24-48 hrs. As our travel is in four days including two weekend days I am doubtful that the item will arrive in time. I expressed my concern and was dismissed and told to wait for the shipping email later today. I was only offered a discount for future. I have paid for expedited shipping and no offer to refund the expedited shipping fee was offered. I will return when and if we receive the item to comment further.

I montatura Oakley nasello pessimo

I bought a pair of Oakley prescription glasses and after about one month the left nose pad came off. Since then, this issue has been happening every day, sometimes several times a day.
I am presbyopic and it is almost impossible for me to put the rubber nose pad back on by myself, so every time I have to drive around 20 km to get the glasses fixed by the optician. This means lost time, fuel costs and constant inconvenience, which now largely exceed the price of the frame itself.
I expected higher quality and durability from a brand like Oakley. It is a pity that I cannot attach photos to this review, as they would clearly show the problem.
