Habe schon mehrmals eine offensichtlich benutzte oder Defekte Brille erhalten. Rückversand ist mit UPS und Etikett selber drucken so umständlich wie es nur geht. Werde ich in Zukunft meiden.

Received defected twice for Radar® EV Path model.

This is for the Radar® EV Path® High Resolution Collection - Carbon/prizm black polarized model.
The sunglass that I bought for the first time, the hinge mechanism had defect on one side of the leg. Which it was much lose than other side. So I purchased the second one, one side of the lens frame came in manufacture defect.
It has a noticeable dent on one side of the frame.
Brand like Oakley isn't even affordable, less than average sunglass brand. Quality is absolutely worse than some of the competitors.
How can you get abnormal products for twice...
Wanted to upload the proof of picture but this review system won't allow it.
Not expecting high quality like high-end brands but I wish company does it better.
It even feels like they're selling last, QC failed product at these sale event...
Just going to return it, had too much stress with it.

Took several times to get my insurance…

Took several times to get my insurance applied .. but the time and effort was well worth the after insurance price for terrific prescription glasses and THE best frames under $1000.

These glasses were awesome… for about 3…

These glasses were awesome… for about 3 months. I picked them up to put them on my face and they snapped like a toothpick. Oakley wants me to buy a new pair for $20 off.

Save your $ go to Costa.

Oakley AI metas, I have one thing to say. You have 1 size fits all this is absolutely impossible unless you have some adjustment frame, which you do not. I bought 2 different pairs and both were tight and I sent back. My thought on this is you need 3 different size frames narrow, standard and large.

Ein Stern

Ein Stern, weil kein Stern nicht möglich ist.

Meine bestellte Gutscheinkarte ist aus unerklärlichen Gründen nicht bei mir angekommen. Als ich dem auf den Grund gehen wollte, wandte ich mich an den Support von Oakley. Auf meine E-Mail mit der Bitte um Rückmeldung habe ich auch nach knapp zwei Wochen keine Antwort erhalten. Zusätzlich hatte ich es insgesamt vier Mal mit dem Online-Chat versucht. Hier wurde ich jedes Mal vertröstet, ein internes Team sei eingeschaltet worden und werde sich zeitnah bei mir melden. Auch hier habe ich nichts mehr von Oakley gehört. Ruft man bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer an, wird man von einer automatischen Stimme auf den Online-Chat verwiesen, danach ist das Telefonat beendet.

Fazit: Lieber bei Uvex, Blitz oder einem anderen Hersteller bestellen. Für eine Premium-Marke wie Oakley ist das eine durchweg ernüchternde, enttäuschende, teure und vor allem ärgerliche Erfahrung. Nie wieder!

Inconsistent

I had ordered prescription eyewear two weeks ago and they came out perfectly. I then tried to order some for work and I got an email saying they can't do. Can't a guy just buy some tactical glasses for work? Oakley is the only one ansi approved in eyewear..... And I can't buy them, I don't want off brand I want Oakley 👎👎👎

A Runner’s feedback

I’m a runner and I was waiting for a long time to find a pair of sunglasses that I can use for both listening to the music and running so waited for a couple months did my study on this sunglasses and bought them a few days ago, however when I was running at -9° C temperature in Calgary in Canada before I hit the 4th km or 2.5 miles, the battery just died on me. I was listening to the music the whole time but I was expecting these glasses to be able to handle at least an hour before my run ends. Afterall, all the advertisements show them being used by skiers and snowboarders. I will contact technical support to see if this is what is expected, but I was a little disappointed. However besides this issue, the quality of videos taken, the quality of the photos and the audio is super. I also did one more run at 3C and was able to listen to the music, take few videos, and photos for an hour for an 11km run. The results were great. Battery didn’t die this time and I had 65% of battery left after I finished my run. The other thing you should know is that the Strava one year subscription is only available if you buy the glasses from Meta directly. There’s also a two year extended warranty available to purchase only at the time you buy the glasses which is not an option if you buy the glasses through retailers which was quite surprising tome.

Do not buy oakley. Warranty is crap

Im very disappointed in Oakley. Allni wanted was for my less than year olf $308 sunglasses fixed. The lens popped out while attempting to out the sunglasses on. And they say the it wi not be covered under warranty! What a disappointment. I will never purchase another product from Oakley and will post my disappointing experience everywhere i can so this doesn't happen to anyone els!!!

WARRANTEE IS FAKE FRAMES ARE WEAK.

Warrantee is fake. Iafter using after sale portal OAKLEY.COM i was told my sunglasses were out of warrantee. They are 8 months old
The warrantee states 2 years.
The frame snapped like a potato chip when was placing them on
My head while driving. I will never purchase oakley glasses again. I wasted $442! On good-looking but cheap sunglasses. Avoid all LUXOTICA BRANDS! They make OAKLEY.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!

I’ve been buying Oakley sunglasses for over ten years and have had nothing but problems with the lenses. They also have the worst warranty and customer service I will never purchase another pair.

A la frontière du vol ou de l'escroquerie légale : J'ai commandé deux paires de lunettes qui n'ont jamais été livrées. Le service client qui en plus d'être inutile (ne donne pas suite aux demandes par mail ou par téléphone) rejette la faute sur le transporteur. Service client fantôme, jamais le même interlocuteur, réponse mail automatique, s'engage sur des procédures qui ne sont pas appliquées et qui n'aboutissent pas. Oakley ne se soucie plus de l'expérience client, au vu des avis depuis quelques temps...
Oakley France a fuir.

Do not buy at this store unless you are…

Do not buy at this store unless you are absolutely sure the item is the right size or you can afford to lose your money if it turns out it doesn’t fit. I bought a jacket (2.200kr) on the 19th of October for my son which was too big and because they didn’t have a smaller size in stock I asked for a refund. 2 months down the line, I still haven’t received my refund. When I contact them I get the same reply every time asking me for my bank details and nothing happens. I will never buy there again and will advise you the same. I will now proceed to make a formal complaint to the Danish consumer authorities so they can’t scam anyone else.

Unhelpful customer service

My order was delivered to a pick up point, under the pretext of not being available when the courier (UPS) arrived to deliver . Outright lie as I’m currently housebound. Customer seems weren’t helpful telling me the only option is to pick it up, which I cannot do and that it was my responsibility to contact the courier. My contract is with Oakley and I have not received my package. They need to understand consumer rights and protection. For the prices they charge, it’s a disgrace and a huge disappointment , especially at this time of year

Poor customer service and waiting more than a month for order to arrive

I ordered sunglasses with a stated delivery time of a maximum of five working days. After three weeks without receiving the order, I contacted customer service multiple times via email and phone. I was also required to complete several forms, yet no one was able to provide clear information about the status or location of my order.

After more than a month had passed without resolution, I decided to purchase the glasses from another retailer. Shortly thereafter, the original order unexpectedly arrived at my doorstep.

Based on this experience, I would advise anyone considering ordering from Oakley Berlin to consider purchasing from a different company.

Great customer service!…

I had trouble returning my sunglasses online, went in store and two employees, Rod and Alexxis handled it for me! They helped me return the package and pick a new pair that I liked with no trouble. Terribly funny and nice people as well. Thank you Oakley @Woodlandhills Mall!

Vanguard meta has no on/off

I got the Vanguard meta’s, but they have no on/off switch. Extremely annoying when trying to just wear them for leisure and it keeps going off
