Habe schon mehrmals eine offensichtlich benutzte oder Defekte Brille erhalten. Rückversand ist mit UPS und Etikett selber drucken so umständlich wie es nur geht. Werde ich in Zukunft meiden.

Scam!!

Bought Meta Oakley Glasses for live streaming function (Instagram/Facebook) but as soon as I got them the function was disabled by Oakley/Meta! But I still had to pay full price!!!! What a rip off!!!!! also new customer discounts does not work with meta glasses but is advertised as „site wide“. Oakley does not care about it‘s customers and has no shame in selling lies and taking your money for services they don‘t provide. Not to mention that they did not tell/warn any customer about the loss of the feature (of course cause they would lose money). Scam!!

Frame material is worse than it used to be

I had a pair of 3-4 year old Holbrook xl's that I replaced with a new, identical pair. It's very clear the quality of the material they are making he frames from has dropped drastically. They feel worse, much more of a hollow plastic feel, and they are much lighter.

Unbelievable visual experience

The flow scapes are a serious leap for the goggle industry. They are literally unbelievable. I had the most amazing visual experience on the hill today. The only problem is that I cant wear any of my other goggles anymore.

Don't trust the color on website

I ordered glasses with a dark orange frame, but the color I received does not match the description on the website. Instead, they came in a bright, metallic red. Don't trust the color and frame quality on their website. I chatted with the customer service, she/he said not exchangeable or refundable as it's customized glasses. What I asked was to order another frame, with my own expenses, that I can exchange it myself. The answer was still NO.

Oakley Bag Doesn't Last.

This is my second time ordering this bag. First time it lasted 3 years and about 4 trips through checked luggage. Good bag overall, however the wheel fell off in transit and the warranty is only 1 year. Oakley gave me a 50% off coupon, so I'm ordering it again, but otherwise, the warranty is not good enough and you shouldn't have to throw it away!! The bag is huge and easy to get around and is otherwise a good bag for the money.

Avoid at all costs.

One star as zero isn’t available. I have no idea what their products are like as mine have never arrived. 6 calls to their customer services in the Philippines who will say anything to get you off the line, agree to anything you ask and then do nothing.
Avoid this business at all costs, if something goes wrong you haven’t got a chance of getting a resolution.

Orders gone missing and no help

I had 3 pairs of sunglasses ordered on black Friday deals. One of them came as scheduled. Another one was misdelivered 15km away, but I got UPS to help since Oakley didn't move a finger. The 3rd order is still missing after a week, clearly declared lost by UPS, and yet Oakley is reluctant to send it again. Shame.

Terrible Order communication

I never received a ship notification. Zero communication. So I emailed them.. Zero response.. my order came by a delivery company Veho. The order is correct, products are good, but communication issues are not so much!

I wanted to document my poor experience…

I wanted to document my poor experience with Oakley customer service. I placed an order for prescription sunglasses and submitted an image of my prescription with the order. 10 days later I heard back from Oakley: my prescription was rejected. I contracted customer service and it turns out whoever keyed in my prescription missed the "Axis" field.

I said fine, just enter the Axis value and resubmit the order (I dont understand why they didnt just do this in the first place instead of contacting me). I was told that is not possible, and I had to cancel my order and re-enter a new order, but for my inconvienence they gave me a 10% off code. I confirmed that the code was additive to the previous price I was quoted and the rep said it was.

When I re-entered the order I found out it in fact wasnt additive and that the default holiday discount they were offering could not be stacked with the new code. When I contacted customer support again, I was told that sorry, there was nothing they could do and the first rep basically just lied or didnt understand the system.

All-in-all, I found their customer service to be a total mess and I doubt I will be buying from Oakley anymore.

These Fall Line lens are insane!

These Fall Line lens are insane!
Oakley did a phenomenal job design these goggles and lens. The lens’ are very strong making it very hard to scratch. I have the blue, gold, and silver Prism lens and am gonna continue my collection. Can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve gotten on these lens. 10/10

Reembolso nunca recibido — más de un año esperando

Compré un pedido (nº H00404081753) y solicité devolución con autorización R00006479946 en 2024. El paquete fue devuelto con su etiqueta oficial de UPS y figura como entregado correctamente hace más de un año.

Desde entonces, no he recibido el reembolso de 452 €, ni explicaciones, ni confirmación alguna. El plazo oficial de devolución era de 15 días laborables — plazo que han superado con creces.

A pesar de múltiples correos, envíos de pruebas, nuevas solicitudes de devolución y promesas de investigación por parte de su servicio al cliente, Oakley no ha cumplido con su obligación.

Una marca de su tamaño debería resolver esto de forma rápida y profesional. Esta experiencia ha sido decepcionante y demuestra una gestión inaceptable.

No recomiendo comprar en Oakley si esperas transparencia, respeto al cliente y cumplimiento de plazos de reembolso.

Bad support

I've been a big fan of oakley glasses for years and were happy to order a new pair of glasses last week. Today when I got my glasses home I felt they were a little small around my nose and contacted Oakley to ask if I could adjust them so they would fit my nose better. I then get a response that I need to have my order number for them to be able to help me. Since I don't have an order number they say they can't help me with my product question which I question. They then say that I should just return them. I then say that I don't want to return them but that I want to know if there is a possibility to adjust them based on my nose. I then get a response again that I should return them. But no answer if it is possible to adjust them or adapt them to my face. I am actually very satisfied with Oakley's products but think that the rest of the customer experience is very important which I did not feel was good during this meeting.

Color blackout more like navy

I ordered the blackout color but when the jacket arrived it looked more like a navy color. Other than the color the jacket is really comfortable, lightweight and warm.

First off let me state I am a big Oakley fan
These frames are terrible. They fall off your face due to the fact there is no grip on the arms or nose. The bottom of the arms have a sharp edge the cuts into your ear. Do they look great yes! Are they functional no!! These frames need some rubber grip on the arms atleast and the nose would help

Commande annulée

J’ai commandé un masque le 31 octobre, il devait être livré le 10 novembre. Le 11 novembre, je reçois un mail de la marque pour me dire que ils ont du retard et que ma commande ne sera donc pas livrée à temps. Fin novembre je n’ai toujours pas de nouvelles de ma commande donc je contacte le service client de Oakley plusieurs fois j’ai téléphoné 4-5 fois en l’espace de deux semaines pour avoir chaque fois la même réponse, me disant qu’ils avaient transféré ma demande en interne et que dans les 2-3 jours j’aurai une réponse mais je ne recevais jamais de réponse. Et je regardais à chaque fois sur le site et le masque était encore bien disponible. J’ai encore et encore envoyé des mails. Finalement aujourd’hui donc le 28 novembre, je reçois un mail pour me dire que ma commande est annulée, je suis très très déçue de la façon dont ma commande a été traitée et je ne recommanderais plus jamais sur ce site. Maintenant j’attend mon remboursement. J’espère qu’il va arriver comme promis la semaine prochaine.
Pourtant j’adore cette marque et ils font d’excellents produits. C’est très dommage.

My best hat ever

My best hat ever. I ordered three of them already, and I want one more I have two yellow and one black. You have to get used to it because it has a different and unique style; it's flat on top, but it gives you a different and unique style that adds personality, and that's why I recommend it. But be careful when using it in a convertible vehicle because, although it's very comfortable to wear it's a bit loose due to the way the back adjusts. Even though it has that issue, I like its comfort, unlike other hats that give headaches because of the materials and the type of adjustment. Highly recommend.
