Excellent customer service. Helpful, clear and efficient.

De account verificatie duurt al heel lang, ik heb ook geld gestort op het account maar niks gebeurd!
Ik heb alles gedaan wat ze vroegen maar ik heb al 3x via WhatsApp mijn beklag gedaan maar niks gebeurd!
Ik zou graag mijn geld terug krijgen want iedere dag dat ik mijn account niet gebruik verlies ik geld!
Ik wil een oplossing voor dit probleem, ofwel wordt mijn account vrijgegeven ofwel krijg ik mijn geld terug!

Een update over het hele gebeuren.
De verificatie is nog steeds niet goedgekeurd.
Ik heb mijn geld wel direct terug gekregen. Ondertussen een betere broker gevonden.
Voor mij nooit geen OANDA meer!

It was an easy question about an withdrawal i did one year ago. They found the information very fast even though my account was canceled due to inactivity.

4/5, bo proces otwarcia rachunku, wpłata oraz wypłata jak i naliczenie odsetek od wolnych środków przebiegło bez najmniejszych problemów.

2FA, które można włączyć w Strefie Klienta jest wyłącznie do niej, nie do rachunku, do którego można się dostać loginem i hasłem. Próbowałem ustawić 2FA z poziomu MT5 do rachunku, ale mi się to nie udało. Jak dla mnie to było bardzo nieintuicyjne. Polska wersja aplikacji mobilnej na moim urządzeniu rozjeżdżała się i nie wyglądała tak jak na dostępnych zrzutach ekranu.

Kwestia 2FA zaważyła o tym, że wypłaciłem środki i nie trzymałem ich do końca obowiązującego oprocentowania promocyjnego, które jest naprawdę na dzisiejszy dzień bardzo korzystne.

Jak na wstępie - wypłata nastąpiła jeszcze tego samego dnia, więc nie mam do czego się przyczepić.

Poważne zastrzeżenia budzi jednak u mnie sposób dwuskładnikowej weryfikacji. Szczególnie w kontekście ostatnio głośnej sprawy, która wydarzyła się u konkurencji.

Czułbym się znacznie bezpieczniej gdyby jednak była ta druga warstwa bezpieczeństwa dostępu do rachunku, a nie tylko do Strefy Klienta. Dziwi mnie to, że tak mało intuicyjnie to wygląda.

Koniec końców nie skończyło się to dla mnie żadną przykrością, ale warto mieć świadomość.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the brokerage company OANDA TMS, and especially to the employee named Gosia, for their professionalism and prompt assistance. I had an issue with withdrawing funds and, to be honest, I was quite concerned. They closed gold market 1 hour earlier then it should’ve been with no notice, 21.58 Swedish time when they use to close 22.59, I couldn’t close my trade which made me not be able to close my trade on a Friday which made me lose 30% of my whole account when market opened. All other instruments were still open on the market. I trusted Oanda that’s why I chose them but that they closed only gold marked with no notice I’m so upset and disappointed. I was in a profit no other broker did close the gold market 1 hour earlier that Oanda did. Basicly if I was trading with another broker i would been in a profit and not 30% lose on my account I’m devastated

For reason their support cannot explain, API access is not supported in Europe.

That means you can forget about making integrations to OANDA work in Europe.

Je viens de m'inscrire chez Oanda (UE) et pour le moment aucun souci d'inscription, un conseiller a très rapidement pris contact par tel (anglophone) et email. Transmission des infos relativement fluide. J'ai versé un capital inférieur à 1000€, -30% sur le spread pour un capital supérieur à 3000€. Des intérêts versés à hauteur de 6% pendant les 90 premiers jours sur un compte de 0 à 3000€ jusqu'à 7% pour d'autres dépôts plus importants. On peut lié son compte sur TradingView. La plateforme standard de Oanda est MT5 utilisable sur le Web ou en téléchargement. Bref, pour le moment rien à dire, sinon que tout me semble réglo.

I had rookie questions but customer support was on the phone very quickly and resolved my issue instantaneously.

A fine broker, but has very discret fees. For example when withdrawing money, they take a cut, and don't openly tell you.

Great Broker, Sam was very supportive and forth comming. Easy to use platform, can use it on your mobile. Seamles integration with Trading View. They even give free subscryption as credit on your trading account, which was a special offer running for the last two years.

Warning: Scam Broker - Do Not Deposit Money

I had a terrible experience with this broker. I deposited money into my account, but I was never able to execute any trades. After making the deposit, the support disappeared completely. Initially, they were very responsive, even calling me after I created the account, but once the money was deposited, I received no replies to my emails and no further support.

I couldn’t trade, and worst of all, I couldn’t withdraw my funds. They took my money and disappeared. This is a scam operation, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. Be cautious before depositing any money with this broker, as they will only take your funds and leave you with no way to retrieve them.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this broker at all costs.

Sometimes I experience connection problems. Which is annoying during day trading. The biggest disadvantage is the trading hours for the crypto market. They are not online 24/7.
Especially annoying during weekends and holidays.

But overall I am satisfied with them.
And they are definitely not scammers.

Please stay away from so called forex trading, they will steal your money. This company will steal your money by taking overnight charge each day, including over the weekends as they wish, especially if you are trading metals.

Please think carefully, before you lose your money.

Paid a fee of 60 euro to get 330 euro out.

Je mets 2 étoiles pour la version OANDA TMS Brokers S.A. et 5 étoiles pour la version OANDA Europe Limited et. Je ne comprends pas, on n'a pas partout la même version de la plateforme de trading, c'est bien dommage. La possibilité de trader les nano-lots est très intéressante…

very professional and very kind also! even if new to trading they help you find your way.

payments are fluid and short in time, the same day for funding your account after being registered and proof passes etc. and to three days for withdrawing funds.

they are reliable and available.
