One star for reasonable delivery time of 6 days. 0 stars for product. Wowcher order. Advertised as mineral mugs. What arrived were resin mugs with blue circles sprayed on them so not as Advertised. Today their Cs offered 10% compensation, what a joke so you sell an item not as advertised and offer me that. I've refused your offer let's see what occurs.

Like many others on here, bought via Wowcher and ended up being this company that was supposed to send out. Bought 3rd December and delivery date 19th December. Bought as a Christmas present. It did finally arrive…. In the new year so too late and the game was a copy of the game not the real one. Totally hoodwinked by Wowcher, Wowcher don’t want to know neither do this company. Told them I want to return as they failed to deliver on time but, they showed me a postage receipt that wasn’t even for my address as som sort of proof they posted on time.

BUYER BEWARE . PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY, if so you will be very disappointed!!!!!!!!!! Might as well chuck money down the drain and the customer service is the worse I have ever experienced.

If you've come here after buying from Wowcher, please please do not buy if you haven't.

These fraudsters are stating they are in Northern Ireland, they are not.
The VAT number showing is fake.

They are a Chinese scamming company, they sell sub par and counterfeit goods.

They will do the bare minimum in order to keep your money.

I tried to cancel within hours after finding reviews to no avail, Wowcher was also not interested.

Item was late, ripped open and didn't contain genuine content.

Seller told me they didn't see an issue with this! Wowcher after harassing everyday said they'd refund me, 3 days later I chased up, they sent me in circles again.

When I sent them their message about refund they said don't accept screenshots as evidence!.

I made contact with Citizens advice who are taking it up with Trading Standards, I used resolver, which is no good.
I contacted BBC Watchdog, I contacted somebody who advertises them and I contacted PayPal.

Wowcher then said again they'd refund me, after me emailing every few minutes for a whole day, spamming them with their own messages.

PayPal found in my favour and I have my money back.

This is some sort of scam.

Ordered through Wowcher on 29/11/24 yodel had my parcel ready for delivery on 19/12/24 no delivery attempt made and say they’ve returned to sender! I contacted the sender with screenshots of my parcels journey and they reply saying it’s in transit and provided a screenshot that hadn’t been updated since 19/12/24 and say to wait👎 I’ve asked for refund and explained everything to my bank so hopefully I’ll get my money back. No help from Wowcher either! Stay away from both companies.

After many emails back and forth trying to get a refund, Alice from Oberobiz has requested I contact them again on 30/2 to request my refund😂🤣😂
Thankfully my bank issued the refund as soon as I complained because Oberobiz and Wowcher just want your money

I have only given one star because I can't give zero. I ordered an item via Wowcher for a Christmas gift and was promised delivery on or before 19th December - I foolishly thought this may allow for delays. It is now 2.1.25 and the item still has not arrived, 2 weeks late. Tracking shows due for delivery 27.12.24, a week ago now. The so-called customer service have given nothing but platitudes and quotes from the tracking that I can see myself anyway. I am FURIOUS and feel foolish that I didn't check trust pilot before ordering from them. Wowcher have been no help whatsoever - I shall review them too!

Scam company!! Ordered Christmas gifts via Wowcher over a month ago. No sign of the items and the company is refusing to refund! Absolute disgrace!! AVOID

Awful scammers ordered a Xmas present back in November thought being through Wowcher it would be safe . Well I was wrong several emails refusing refund saying delivered after speaking with yodel it’s clearly not been delivered and just a booking request . Wowcher doesn’t want to know so please avoid

Terrible company. I ordered an item via Wowcher as a Christmas present. Five weeks on and there is still no sign. Obero are refusing a refund because it is "in transit" (even though it hasn't moved in 3 weeks) and Wowcher appear to have washed their hands of me. I would advise anyone reading this to never do business with either of them!

Family ordered an advent calendar for me which didn't arrive until 28th DECEMBER - almost four weeks after it was ordered and certainly far too late to be of any use to me.

Contacted Oberobiz throughout who had the cheek to blame Christmas for the rush, continually lied about delivery times and eventually offered me a 10% refund as they clearly must believe that I am some sort of idiot.

Given my research into the company on this site and it's disgusting reputation, there is no way on this earth I would provide my financial details to them - it seems baffling that their business partner Wowcher is choosing to use a supplier that so blatantly seems to be able to act outside of Trading Standards laws.

The worst company for delivering items that are substandard and not what as they advertised. They then state if you want refund send the item back at your own expense.
Totally unacceptable, Wowcher need to ban them from using their site too.
Bought three tubs of creams for xmas presents expecting them to be similar to what was advertised and what arrived would of cost me half the price in poundland.
AVOID at all costs.

We ordered a Taylor swift bedding set for Christmas, for our daughter. We expected a duvet cover with pillow cases. Imagine the surprise Christmas morning when it was opened to find a fitted sheet with pillow cases. We contacted the seller to be told, it is a bedding set and they are not prepared to do anything. Who would knowingly buy a printed fitted sheet and pillow cases? The quality of the product is also very poor. We will never buy from Wowcher/ Obero again and recommend you don’t either.

Wowcher should be ashame for selling products from this company.

AVOID AS SCAMMERS, I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering through wowcher with this joke of a company. Ordered a jacket and not only was it 2 weeks late in being delivered, but when it arrived it smelled like rotten fish/cats pee. It was horrendous as soon as opening the parcel. So glad it wasn’t sent to someone as a present!! Tried contacting the company to explain and ask for a refund and they want ME to pay for the postage to send it back! I paid £6.99 for it to be delivered to me! Absolute joke , please avoid.

This company is absolute crap-- first time order through wowcher and after a week I realised the tracking info was telling me that item had not even been dispatched so I got intouch with supplier and they told me they couldn't find the order number- I ordered this item on 2/12/24 for a christmas present and after 2 emails to oberoto find out where my item is - it's now 26/12/24 and no delivery- useless company ,you may aswell close it with all the negative feedback you have on trustpilot, you will never get my custom ever again useless stawt

Charged £7.99 for next day delivery two weeks ago. Still not arrived and no response. Wowcher should be ashamed of themselves using this company. Update - refuse to read my emails saying I have to prove non delivery. Sending me the same email everyday - SCAMMERS. I have complained to Wowcher with no response.

Dreadful company and shame on Wowcher for dealing with them. Ordered Taylor Swift pyjamas in a UK size 12 and they sent me an XL, far too big and now they are trying to say an XL is a UK 12. Want me to send back at my expense, i think not!! Correct your error oberibiz, your customer service is non existent. Only wish I had read the reviews before ordering and wowcher really need to review who they do business with. Shocking service from both

Order 2 stitch teddies both have been damaged beyond repair in delivery. And can't get a decent answer from the about a refund!

Constant generic email telling me it's still in transit when the screen shot clearly states evri have disposed of it!

Received order late which wasn’t too much of an issue, item had a scratch… still wasn’t massively unconvinced however item then had main part missing making product completely unfunctional 😭😭
