Scammed on Wowcher for Brazilian bum bum cream.
Thought I could trust Wowcher.
Emails do not make sense.
I’m just going to accept I’ve lost my money.

Purchased an item from wowcher, despatched by Obero in Shanghai. Item delivered to wrong address, merchant extremely unhelpful & unprofessional. I spent ages tracking the delivery & then communicating with yodel as they wanted proof of non delivery, been almost 2 weeks and no refund - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! They don’t deserve to be in business.

Trying to get a refund for 2 broken items and they keep going round in circles asking for videos when I've sent them videos. Telling me to install batteries after i tell them several times obviously I've put in batteries. Also how can i send a video of heated socks not heating up ? I'll just put both items in bin then as I can't cope with these muppets anymore.
Scam. I'm also boycotting Wowcher!

Just ordered with pigsback got message saying delivery failed

I ordered through WOWCHER, so had no idea that this cowboy outfit had anything to do with it. A£7 advent calendar, ordered with 4 weeks notice arrived on 12th December, 3 weeks after the given date. No apology, explanation and abject service from both them and WOWCHER. I DO NOT care about £7, thank god it was nothing more significant. A lesson learnt, utter rubbish, they do not care, evidenced by the reviews you find everywhere about them. The only surprise is that WOWCHER allow it!!!

Sent wrong item, returned and refusing refund,
These are scammers ,bought through wowcher who are as useless as this company,
Ordered taylor swift duvet cover set, recieved cheap sheet instead.

AWFUL I ORDERED MY GRANDAUGHTERS PRESENT WEEKS AGO AND STILL HASNT TURNED UP DO NOT HAD NO UPDATES .

This company are shocking.
I have been trying to days to locate a parcel that was ordered 28/11. It should have been delivered 9/12 tracking hasn't been updated since 3/12 when it was released from customs and no one from this company seems to care and can't answer any of my questions.

Should be zero stars. They are con artists. Order never arrived, they just sent the same nonsense responses to requests for a refund. They are a scam. AVOID!!

WOWCHER advertising their products. Mislesding advertising. Slow delivery on one order when I’d ordered two and no delivery in my case on another.

What a load of rubbish, wowcher advertised it as £39.99 reduced to £16 for a fleece lined winter coat took ages to arrive (ordered mid october arrived today) advertised as based in manchester but in fact came from china. So badly made, very thin extremely poor quality fleece backed polyester material, front fastening was a joke, pockets seemed to have been an afterthought best place for it is the bin. Avoid Obero International seems they are an unscrupulous company intent on ripping off the public. Need to keep an eye on my bank account now as it seems everyone is calling them scammers. Should of read reviews 1st but we all live and learn. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered podcast set was £50 down to £30 ordered on 7th November said it would be delivered on 21st of November now it’s 9th of December still not received do not buy with this company SCAM !!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews 1st. The product took ages to arrive and was clearly cheap rubbish. The packaging was upside down and it didn't contain what it was supposed to. Wowcher advertised the product at £30 reduced to £10. Not a chance it's even worth £10. Waste of money and a scam company. They offered me 10% money back and then told me I'd need to return the product at my own expense if I wanted a refund.

Took ages to arrive. The item is not the version ordered and there customer service ( I use the term loosely) say its a better version. Still waiting on an offer of replacement with what I ordered or refund. Avoid this seller.

I made a purchase from Oberobiz, through Wowcher on 18 November. I was told the item would be delivered on or before 27 November by Yodel (Farnborough Depot). I have not only been given the runaround and lied to, but my parcel is now missing – delivered this afternoon... but I have no idea where to. It certainly wasn't to my address. I would not recommend Oberobiz, Wowcher or Yodel to anyone. As a partnership they're a recipe for disaster.

Ordered a stitch advent calender for my daughter saw it on tiktok shop followed the link ordered it the 10th November never gave me delivery date when checking tracking was still saying in another country on the 28th November tracking never changed until 2nd December after emailing complaint for weeks only arrived at UK airport 2nd December which tracking randomly updated that day saying it all happened 29th... Cut long story short still haven't received my parcel. Company are saying it's been delivered giving me wrong tracking etc then told me to return said item (which never arrived) but sent a 3 year out of date return label. SCAM!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusted with this company , purchased a Ms Rachel doll, definitely a fake , they shouldn’t be allowed to sell fake goods , cheap material , ugly looking didn’t work and the on/off button is missing and still waiting for a reply via wowcher , I want a full refund including delivery costs

Absolute scammers. I wish I'd read the reviews first. Purchased on wowcher because I thought they'd check companies before allowing them to sell on their site. They mis advertised an item and won't let me return and have a refund without paying because its not 'broken'. When I explained it doesn't do what it says it should I am receiving terrible customer service and rubbish replies that make no sense. AVOID at all costs.

Ordered an advent calendar @wowcher. Was supposed to be delivered by 29th of November. Now not being delivered until 6-9th December. What good is that?! My daughter is disappointed to say the least 😞
Will be complaining to Wowcher too.

I ordered a miss Rachel doll from this company via wowcher. Yodel delivered it to my green bin !!! Didn't leave a card to say it was in the bin. The bin was emptied the following day. Now oberobiz just keep sending me the same email telling me to check with yodel. Yodel of course tell me to contact company. Absolute scam artists.i have requested a full refund. I'll see if I get it.
