Had my car for six months now first month they had to the car, back engine mount crack. Two months hasn't pass ,Now my fuel pump is gone warranty won't cover it.

Horrible not only do they charge 10k I’m interest on cars that aren’t even valued that plus the 20k that they charge for the vehicle. The warranty sucks. I just purchased a car a week ago and the vehicle has some many problems and they only approved 2 things to get fixed. Yet, you want me to pay all that money for a piece of garbage that your warranty doesn’t even want to cover.

My car been in a shop for over a month no answer I was calling them every day and no answer now they told me that it my fault it's has 100% warranty they didn't honor it .I always check my vehicle 3 time a week to make sure it has water,oil,or any leaks .

I bought the car from Okcarz. Hyundai Santa Fe sport 2 weeks later a code popped up where the engine had to be fixed. While at the dealership they called me and said both catalytic converters need to be replaced. Yoo I have not driven the car for 2 weeks. Screw them screw them. I worked hard to purchase this car so I can go to work and school but you guys screwed Me over. I swear I want to crash out and …..!

I have never experienced a horrible vehicle in my life. I put down $2000 on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata and already have had major problems with it. And I contacted the warranty dept and they are useless. Ok Cars will take your money and ignore you.

Don't be defrauded by Mid Florida Finance and OKcarz they prey on people with low income and low credit scores - save yourself and go anyway else. Yes they are being investigated by the State of Florida.

I went to the east colonial location. I selected a Ford Explorer. The car had a title hold so I waited two weeks to receive the vehicle. I have put almost $2500 in this car since I’ve had the AC went out the starter went out and a few other things went out, I put $2000 down on this vehicle. The rep that I work with never answer the phone I had to show up in order to get an answer was promised that things would be fixed before I got the vehicle fixed key does not work, which means I’m gonna have to spend money to get another key, I would never buy another vehicle from here or recommend them to anybody.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Bought a car from them in March 2024. It's August and the car stopped running. Hundreds if not thousands of dollars to fix it. Put $2000 down to get it.
No one answers emails or phone calls.
Run don't walk away from this place. They pray on individuals with financial hardships and give them JUNK in return

Really wish I could give zero stars. They sold us a dud 2013 Durango and it has put us in a quite bit of debt. STONE AND PETE HAD TO
HAVE KNOWN THE CAR WAS A DUD. Starter gave out within 48hours of having it, the speedometer and gas hand no longer move and the dvd player never worked. I am exploring options now to see what can be done legally because again this business had to have known!!! And don’t dare think mid Florida insurance will help nor their finance company as the only advice given to us was take a hit and give the car back! Like we were given the car with a plethora of issues and something had to be done!

I was one day late on my down payment assistance and they came and pick up car. Now they are saying i cant get the car back

Less than one month I have a garbage vehicle. It was completely out of coolant. Tranny and motor is under warrantee but still costs money and days without a vehicle. Not something anyone anticipates less than 30 days after buying, I noticed it not going into gears one or two days, there is no way they didn't know. It's very upsetting to spend almost $19000 and have it only last a few weeks. Please save yourself, go elsewhere.

I worked with Christy who is no longer employed with this dealership. I got my car back in September 8th of 2022, and as of April 12th of 2023 and my engine is blown, this dealership is honestly a joke, I thought I was better off going here due to my credit but in reality the APR rate is insanely high for one, two not realizing dealerships try their best to work with all credit types... anyway with all that being said I've had the car for 7 months, they sold it to me with a damaged axle (which is covered under their warranty if you pay the $200 deductible) their warranty is 24k miles or 2 years, but they forget to include the part where they only service the vehicle near where it was purchased, therefore with that being said I have to get my car towed to them over an hour away from where I reside which is going to cost roughly around $500 for the tow which they don't assist in covering nor are you able to get it fixed near you and get reimbursed, so good luck if your vehicle is undrivable cause your stuck paying the tow and the deductible. Clearly with all this being said I am rightfully stressed, I called the dealership to discuss possible options or figure out alternative plans because within 7 months of having the vehicle my engine blew up, my car is not drivable, I was unaware you don't contact the dealership for warranty questions but still had a few other questions, I called the dealership within an hour of finding out I needed a new motor, AGAIN CLEARLY in distress considering for a 2013 model vehicle that I am making payments on which mainly go to interest... and having the car for 7 months just for this to happen.. lovely right? spoke with a man and unfortunately I did not catch his name... but he LITERALLY hung up on me, I wasn't cursing, I wasn't belligerent, nor was I disrespectful, just a young woman in distress with no form of transportation!!! I called back and spoke with Antonio, he was kind and helpful and reassured he was going to speak with whoever about how they handled the call... but working at a WELL KNOWN dealership myself, I've learned quite a bit. If you want to get mistreated and be without a car after purchasing a vehicle within not even a year then this is the dealership for you :) Honestly, I had to get a co-signer anyway to get a vehicle here, so I was better off going to a legitimate dealership. ALSO, the company that they use to finance is a joke as well, you CAN'T refinance your car with the company they partner with. They DO NOT offer gap insurance, they can offer your their insurance which if you have COMP+COLLISION with them (which ultimately you pay more having basic coverage through your insurance company and comp+collision through them) (I was assured it was cheaper which clearly it's not, removing it saved me 50-100 monthly) and your car gets totaled, you can purchase another vehicle through them with $500 down AND your previous owed balance ON TOP of what your going to finance. OK CARZ states its $500 down but it's only for select vehicles, not all types of vehicles. I just absolutely do not recommend this company WHATS SO EVER!!! You end up screwing yourself from all possible angles. Thank you for taking the time to read my review and hope this assists with your search, I recommend you DEFINITELY look elsewhere!

-Forgot to mention the clear coat also started coming off my car about 1-2 months after purchasing!

Bottom line is Okcarz deal with Mid-Florida Financial. Mid-Florida is going to put interest on your used car that’ll double its worth so you’re upside down thousands leaving Okcarz lot - seen from another review, I second this!!!!! THIS IS VERY TRUE, you do end up leaving the dealership upside down THOUSANDS

I don't want to leave him any stars I bought a car about 5 months ago it's been a big piece of s*** it had to get a new transmission new coil plugs new pulley system new this new that the car still runs like s*** 5 months later the car place that they referred me to damage the front end of the car and now it needs to be fixed again so now they refer me 40 minutes away the car is not even running that f****** good to get over there now it's revving High it doesn't idle right and they say it's not part of their warranty well what is part of their warranty how are you a company and being a big piece of s*** I am tired of dealing with your warranty and everything else I'm to the point where I want to take this car and tell you to shove it in your ass quit selling pieces of s*** to hard-working people

I wish there was an option to leave ZERO stars! I am VERY disgusted that this place sold me a car with mechanical radiator problems not even 2 months after purchasing, I literally bought this car 10-1-2022, not to mention the car came with ROACHES! LITERAL ROACHES. How dare these people. Their "warranty" covers basically nothing, so a car I've already invested so much money in since October 1st, I am now out of MORE money to fix a problem that should have been done before the audacity of selling it to someone. I'm extremely disappointed.

Came to pick up license plate NOT HERE. NOBODY INFORMED ME I NEEDED TO PAY PRIOR TO THEM RECEIVING MY PLATE at the dealership NOW I GET TO RIDE ON EXPIRED TAGS. ALSO my suv gets very wet when it rains in the back. I can hear the water moving around. My car does this weird shaking thing at stop lights AND MAKES A HOWLING NOISE WHEN I ACCELERATE. Please don’t buy a car from here. After driving 500 miles all these things happened. I would literally jump off a bridge before ever purchasing from this crock again.

This company charged me $3600 down which I paid on Nov 13. I Missed a payment of $200 due two weeks later, I couldn't contact them even though I have phone records of calls, and they repossessed my car Dec 13 which was only two weeks after the payment was due. I offered to pay $800 which would have been more than what was due and pay for towing and recovery. They refused. Not only that the car was in in a no fault hit and run with damage to the fender and headlight and covered by my full coverage auto insurance. So they get a brand new fender and headlight and the car looks nicer than when I purchased it. I kept it immaculately. They refuse to refund any of my $3600 down payment, they keep the car, the insurance money, and are reporting my contract as a repossession for $17000 on my credit. I have contacted attorneys, as they violated Florida state repo law, and also I have filed for arbitration per the signed arbitration agreement and paid ironically $200 for a filing fee. This same $200 that could have been paid to OkCarz which was due and they refused to accept. The outcome of this case is pending. I called to notify them today January 7th 2022 of the pending arbitration. They have refused to work with me in any way or accept my money or return the car or return my $3600 down payment. Originally I was told I would qualify for a $1000 down payment. I agreed. Then they said I had to pay $3000 down, I agreed, then they said I had to pay $3600 down, I agreed. Then they set a payment due two weeks later which I missed because I was unable to contact them because they had no voicemail set up, and they took down their web payment portal to redo their website. Please do not even think of dealing with any of their dealerships. I have been a Google Local Guide for over 7 years. I give honest accurate reviews of businesses and I have never been so upset, angry, or taken advantage of by a single other business in the history of my adult life. I am reporting them to the BBB, and contact the Florida Bar association until I find an attorney who will file suit against them per their arbitration agreement as well which does not forbid a court suit expressly from being filed if the arbitration does not go as planned. I would have been happy to take the car back even though they had towed it with ZERO notice. Nothing was ever mailed to me until after the car was repo'd until on the last day I had to refinance the vehicle which I could not do, I got the same day in the mail a letter telling me I could refinance and had until that day. The post mark was the same day. I have never in my life seen something this offensive happen with a car purchase.
