I don't use your services, but my neighbor does
Every time employees arrive at 18 east crescent Accrington BB5 5BS, they leave rubbish at my fence.
I wonder if the reason is the laziness of these people or if I am a Pole.
They were at my neighbour's house today and, before leaving, they pulled the rubbish out of the van and laid it next to my fence. I have a recording of a CCTV camera as they take something out and put it at my fence. It wasn't until about 6pm that I went outside and saw two large packages of rubbish.
Please pay attention to employees to take them with them after finishing work

Harley from Customer service repairs team is an asset to your team!
Today I spoke to Harley who worked in Onwards repairs team. Harley was one of the best advisors and I believe him to be an incredible asset to your team.
Harley was kn the phone for 45 minutes supporting me and investigating a complaint which had not been dealt with although it has been raised on 8/06/26 .
Harley listened to the query showed dedicated and was very clear and honest when communicating. Not on did he show compassion but he was able to support me with the query and understand deeper what happened.
