Ordering most products online, in particular prescription spectacles, can leave a sense of uncertainty and doubt.

Optilabs received my order for distance spectacles in order to permit my love of lawn bowls, both indoors & out. As is often the case with my online purchases, I’m not always clear to exactly what I require.

Optilabs noticed an inconsistency with my order and persevered to contact me prior to proceeding with the order. The new glasses arrived today and also delivered a spectacular sense of optimism for tonight’s match.

Be pleased to understand that the entire interaction with Optilabs from ordering to delivery, to visual improvement was laced with enviable degrees of confidence, manner, attitude, diligence, enthusiasm and care which may shame other providers.

Efficient ordering process. Good communications. I had a few pairs of Optilabs specs for fishing and for running over the last 20+ years. Always great service and good products.

Advice given to me when contacting them via phone about purchasing prescription cycling glasses was excellent. I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase at that time. Shortly after that I placed an order which I received within two weeks, very good service.

Optilabs rang me on the day I placed the order to check if I was the person who previously ordered a set of sunglasses 20 years ago from a different address. The glasses arrived within a few days, well within the 10 day turnaround quoted. Excellent customer service, a joy to speak with a person, a refreshing change from the current norm of AI provided “customer service”.

Brilliant online experience from start to finish. I have a high astigmatism correction which many stores couldn't provide for wrap-around styles. Trial frames a great idea and final prescription polarised lenses gave perfect vision.

Everything went smoothly, I like the three frames pre fit, and the easy process through out, and of course the good price.

I've been really pleased with the service provided, massively helpful to try frame before buying, sensible and helpful conversations around lens types, pros and cons, all of which allowed me to make informed decision ahead of buying.
Then, when thin lenses not available in time required, have provided me with thicker lenses for my needs now, whilst continuing to source thin lenses to swap later. Couldn't have asked for more.

I was sceptical about ordering glasses on line but am happy I did.
Ordering was easy, my new specs arrived well within the 14 days. They fit well, which was my major concern about purchasing on line (I ordered a pair which stated 'for smaller, narrow faces'). They are comfortable, my vision in them is good and they seem good quality. Thankyou

Best wrap-around cycling glasses I have tried. Varifocal and Reactolite lenses. Service and advice, second to none.

Finally managed to find someone making direct glazed wrap-around photochromic bifocals for cycling. (Didn't want varifocals due to lateral distortion inherent in that type of lens).

Optically excellent. First pair arrived with a slightly twisted frame, but these were replaced by return of post. Replacements are spot on.

Just wish they were available in a half frame design.
