Be careful when placing your order
I asked to see images of the trees before they were sent. I was told this wasn’t part of their usual process but I’m glad I did as one tree wasn’t the quality I would expect. They did issue a refund though for that tree which I was grateful for. I’m just glad I picked this up before delivery.
I also ordered two trees. One I needed urgently and the other was a back order. I didn’t realise they keep both until the back order one was ready and when I asked to split the order they said this was not possible. I therefore asked to cancel the delayed tree and at that point they managed to bring the delivery of both forward.
I don’t think the standard service is great at all. Luckily I did speak to someone helpful who was able to rectify this for me.
The delivery guy was lovely and helpfully out the tree exactly where it was needed.

We can see that you have been in contact with our team regarding the tree that did not meet your expectations, and we are pleased they were able to resolve this promptly and efficiently by arranging a refund. We are glad that you received a high level of service throughout this process.
All our delivery timeframes are advertised on our website and included in your order acknowledgement. We also explain at the time of ordering that, where an order contains pre-order items, we aim to despatch the trees together once all items are available. Split deliveries can be arranged where required, although additional delivery charges may apply.
We are always happy to accommodate requests for photographs, and for our mature trees, these are provided once the trees have arrived at our Despatch Centre and before they are sent out to customers.
We are pleased to hear that your tree has arrived safely and hope it settles well in its new home, providing you with years of enjoyment.

So excited to receive our 3rd tree from…
So excited to receive our 3rd tree from this company, highly reccommend them. Tree arrived in good condition, well protected for transport with lovely roots. I would say the support cane has damaged the branch due to being tightly tied against it. Likely we will lose this branch but main stem seems strong. For this reason I have giver 4 stars instead of 5.

Regarding the cane, we are sorry that it had not been loosened as the tree has grown. We generally recommend leaving the cane in place for around 18 months to two years, as it helps support the stem and encourages the tree to grow straight. Loosening the tie will allow more room for the stem to develop, and if it has become a little tight, this can usually be adjusted to provide additional space.
If you have any concerns about the cane or the development of your tree, please do contact our team, who will be happy to provide the best advice and guidance to help your tree thrive.
Tree is in great condition
Tree is in great condition, however arrived without the root grow I’d ordered too. Called up and was told another has been sent, however still not received a week later and it’s now too late so the tree has been planted without it. Customer service was nice and helpful but let down by delivery service.

I'm absolutely delighted with the quality of this tree. It's healthy, beautifully established and excellent value for money!
There was a fantastic variety of trees to choose from, but I decided on the Malus Toringo Scarlett crab apple tree. Standing at almost 2 metres tall, it arrived well established, with strong, healthy branches, a lovely shape and even some fruit already growing on it.
The tree was exceptionally well packaged and delivered with great care, arriving in perfect condition. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Regarding your feedback on our delivery process, we have checked your order and can confirm that your tree was delivered within the seven-day timeframe advertised on our website and in your order acknowledgement. Once your order was despatched, you should also have received an email notifying you that it was on its way.
We operate a no-signature delivery service, allowing our couriers to leave your order in a safe place. You should also have received a two-hour delivery time slot from our courier to the email address provided with your order.
If you did not receive these notifications, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We are pleased that your tree has arrived safely and hope it settles well in its new home, providing you with years of enjoyment.
Great customer service
I ordered a premium standard acer x freemanii to match one I ordered 6 years ago. It looks healthy and my only comment is that it has a slightly curved trunk. However, in response to my queries about straightening the curve the team provided very prompt advice and, hopefully, after a few years, this tree will look as spectacular as the other one does at the moment
I had also asked for the delivery to be delayed at the last minute and the team were very accommodating. The customer service has been great from start to finish.
