Packhelp is a growing company

Packhelp is a growing company that, like any expanding business, still has areas to improve. However, overall I would recommend them. They provide efficient and professional customer service, and the quality-price ratio of their products is very competitive.

I have placed two orders with them and intend to continue working with Packhelp in the future, as long as they maintain reasonable pricing.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank them and send my best regards to the entire Packhelp team.

Hice dos pedidos

Hice dos pedidos, uno llego excelente y el otro no tanto pues tenia errores de color y material. En general esta bien pero seria bueno que tuvieran mas cuidado al imprimir el diseño y en cuanto a la seleccion del material

La mercancía viene Paletizada y vienen…

La mercancía viene Paletizada y vienen la mitad de las cajas destrozadas. Después de un mes, me dicen que van a recoger el Pallet , cuando estoy parado mi actividad laboral. Han querido reducir costes y la mercancía viene fatal. Ahora dicen que recogen el apllet después de 1 mes sin dar señales. No los recomiendo ni son serios.

Sehr gut, denn es ist auf Seiten der Firma ein Fehler bei der Herstellung aufgetreten und Sie haben für vollen Ersatz gesorgt, was heutzutage selten geworden ist. Die Erfahrung war also mehr als positiv!.Vorallem eine Mitarbeiterin namens Anna hat sich hier durch großes Engagement und Professionalität besonder hervor getan. Werde hier auf jeden Fall regelmässig wieder bestellen.

Súper recomendable

Hemos trabajado varias veces con Packhelp para nuestras bolsas de envío y siempre ha ido genial. La herramienta de diseño es muy fácil de usar y te permite tener control total del resultado. La calidad está muy bien para el precio, y lo mejor: siempre nos ha llegado antes de lo previsto. Repetiremos seguro :)

We have been scammed twice in a row.

We have been scammed twice in a row.
Here is how our last 2 orders went with Packhelp:
- We ordered custom stickers with a specific diecut. They came in a completely different color, unusable and Packhelp does not want to take any responsibility or refund.
- We ordered custom boxes, shared a design and received a quote, that we paid. After paying, packhelp came back saying that the price was actually 2 times what was initially quoted because they did not look at the template shared.
Of course no accountability or any commercial gestures done here.

Before you order with them, just be aware of the risk.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM — SCAM COMPANY

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Packhelp is the worst company I have ever dealt with—so terrible that I wonder if it is actually a scam operation. They have no direct number, no customer service agents that get in touch with you even though they state that they'll get back to you after 24hours.

After a month of ordering some customised stickers and tape, Packhelp did not process my order until 3 weeks later, and when they did process it they only delivered 1 of the 3 items I ordered, of which I had to pay over 50% of customs and duties in taxes of the goods. The other items they till this day have not even produced. The final straw is today receiving a package from them, and they have sent me GENERIC STICKERS and not the customised designs I ordered which COST MORE. In the 1 email they've sent me, they keep changing excuses as to why the order is not with me. I have asked for a refund countless times and they have completely ignored all my emails. Packhelp is an absolute sham of a company, and now I have been forced to contact the police and a lawyer to recollect the funds that they have stolen from me...a whole debacle for some simple stickers.

I would not trust your credit cards with them. And certainly their customer service is one of the worst out there.

Dear Customer, thank you for providing feedback about your experience. We are sorry that you have received a package that does not contain your products. In fact, as the effect of the mistake in our printing house you have received a package meant for another client. Accept our sincere apologies for this unfortunate situation. We would like to assure you that in that case, we can provide a reprint or refund, as the complaint would be accepted. As for the lead times, please note that the production time may be different for every type of product and they are in fact produced separately, so also sent separately to the customer. We do inform you about it in our Terms of Conditions. We must also confirm that in case of the delivery to Switzerland, we do charge a fee that is transferred to the courier company and covers part of the shipment cost calculated by the courier company.
We truly hope to resolve the matter quickly.
