This used to be the most simplest easy to use app with great functions. Now it’s terrible . The insert element button is a pain. I have to do entries 3 times before I get the position and when I click enter to confirm the text it disappears. I agree with all these reviews why fix something that wasn’t broken 😠

This used to be such a brilliant tool. Unfortunaltey the new update is absolutely horrible and impossible to use. PLease revert back to the original!!

Why destroy a perfect running thing? the new version is absolutely horrible. Superslow...soo annoying. And the ebst part of it (image inserting) doesnt work anymore. Image is just thrown anywhere on page and cannot be resized or moved. Undo button combination not working... Why why

Love this tool. Really helpful.
New interface looks nice and modern.
Looking forward to use PDFescape when the migration is finished

Aggiornamento assurdo, hanno peggiorato un programma che funzionava benissimo, gli upload si bloccano dopo una pagina, la funzione "whiteout" non rispetta più lo sfondo, insomma da miglior software online è diventato una porcheria. Very Bad!

Why fix something that was never broken? It's not user-friendly and the main functionalities are useless now. You didn't have to complicate this...it was already an amazing tool!

PDF Escape was my favorite app for many years. It was easy to use, and it worked. Sometime in the last week or so everything changed. The app no longer works, and all it does is waste time. I will not be renewing my annual subscription that I have had for many years now.

Horrible to use. Why change something that was so good and easy to use. The new update it horrible and not easy to use, in fact I would say it is unusable.

PDF escape has just gone backwards. This was THE best tool and now it's un-usable. Please undo what you did so I can continue to use this fabulous tool.

Terrible and unnecessary update!!!
The greatest software I've ever used until its recent update. You could use it for free, but I paid for a membership because it was the most fantastic thing out there. Now, on the other hand, the user experience is awful. Very difficult to use and time-consuming. The paragraph text-box feature doesn't exist anymore, meaning you can't create fillable pdfs, which kind of defeats the software's purpose.
Unless things are getting back to the way they were, this software is unusable.

PDFescape is such a fantastic program! It's so easy to use and we use it all the time. I recently had a support issue and their follow-up and customer service were great! Detailed, helpful instructions that quickly solved the problem. I'm very impressed!

This upgrade is horrendous! what did you do, I use it for work to edit incorrect descriptions, usually takes like 1 min max to edit my changes, on just trying to write text its so horrid I've been near 30 mins and still not at completion, why don't you guys @ PDF escape have a go and try to use it, its awful it doesn't work at all, I love how it was before, please revert back.

I've used PDFescape for nearly two years now. The website was still fine when I used it last month. Whatever they did in the more recent update...PLEASE UNDO IT. It's horrible. I can't even add text without the curser ACCIDENTALLY dragging the background text lines that's already part of the PDF and SHOULD NOT be moved. I understand the concept, but if we do not want something to be moved, don't allow us to move it.

HORRIBLE. I just wasted hours on this software. This used to be my go to to add quick fillable boxes for paragraphs and one liner text fields. They went in there and changed everything, functions that were not broken and just screwed it up. At times it feels like these nerds do this sort of stuff to purposefully give online creators a hard time. There is no easy way to locate the gear tool icon to edit in the fillable boxes or to populate the properties option - I mean it is a total waste of time and energy. I'm really upset because it used to be worth a damn. You can no longer duplicate boxes, delete, add paragraph option, and a lot more for fillable pdfs. Ridiculous. Just a mess.

Useless. Not free to edit docs. Con.

I have been using PDF escape for a few years now. I just have the occasional need to edit a PDF or fill out a form and download it. I tried a different software app and they were misleading, even a charge for the trial. PDFescape is very clear and easy to use. I am just so impressed with them!

Another bunch of muppets that charge extortionately more for those who want to pay monthly instead of yearly. Avoid.
