We’re truly sorry to hear that your ski wear was damaged during a fall, and we completely understand how disappointing this must be. Our aim is to create ski wear that you can rely on, engineered to deliver reliable protection and performance across many ski trips and seasons.

All of our ski wear is made using high-performance materials such as GORE-TEX® or HIPE®, which have been extensively tested and successfully used in ski apparel for many years. These materials are designed to provide excellent breathability, water resistance, and durability. However, no technical fabric is completely indestructible. Depending on the circumstances and external forces or materials involved, damage can unfortunately occur.

We want to support you in the best possible way. We do offer a repair service and can also provide free spare parts/fabric, and we would be more than happy to look into the best possible solution for your item. Please feel free to contact our customer service team so we can assist you further.

We do charge a return fee; for most countries this is €5, which is automatically deducted from the refund amount. We’re very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your Gore-Tex set. The Gore-Tex used in some of our jackets is a high-performance, breathable, and waterproof fabric designed to protect you from wind and rain while allowing moisture from perspiration to escape.

Please note that due to updated regulations on chemical use, the performance of Gore-Tex has changed slightly in recent years.

We always strive to provide products that meet the highest standards of quality and functionality, and we’re truly sorry that this jacket did not meet your expectations.

We’re very sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your Anima ski set. The Anima Insulated jacket and pants are made from HiPE fabric and include an insulation layer, designed to provide warmth while remaining lightweight and breathable.

We’re very sorry to hear about the delay with your order. Unfortunately, shipments can sometimes be delayed for various reasons, especially during the busy Christmas period.

Please know that we always do our best to assist our customers in situations like this. When a shipment doesn’t arrive on time, we open an investigation with the carrier to locate it. We do not issue refunds immediately in these cases, as the majority of shipments are ultimately delivered, even if delayed.

Shell jackets are intentionally designed to be lightweight and thin, as they are meant to be layering pieces rather than standalone heavy jackets. Their primary purpose is to provide wind and water protection while allowing you to layer insulating garments underneath, which is why they may feel lighter than traditional jackets.

We appreciate your input and will continue working to ensure that our product descriptions are as clear as possible so customers know exactly what to expect.

When a return shipment is delayed or reported as missing during transit, we are required to complete an investigation with the shipping carrier to determine whether the goods will be delivered or returned to us. This step is necessary before a refund can be processed.

As soon as the return is confirmed or the investigation is concluded, we will issue the refund. Hi Javier, We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced, and we understand how frustrating this situation is.
We also apologized for the delay of your delivery. Shipments to Spain can unfortunately sometimes take longer than expected, and we are actively working with our carrier to improve transit times and avoid these delays in the future but some delays are unfortunately beyond our control.

When products are reported as missing, especially with a value of €500, we are required to investigate the situation together with the carrier. This step is essential for the case to be properly reviewed and approved by the transport insurance. We know this process can be slow and frustrating, and we’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience it has caused.

Please know that we are doing our best to resolve all matters as quickly as possible. Thank you for your review.

Hi Karol, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and that you’re disappointed with both the quality of your jacket and the support you received. This is certainly not the standard we aim for.
We review every case individually, and in some situations we need to redirect customers if the item was purchased through a different sales channel. We do offer warranty evaluations and repair services, and we always try to help where possible. However, the warranty only covers manufacturing defects, so damages caused by external factors or heavy wear and tear are not always eligible for repair.

After reviewing and sending you the photos and video documentation of the packing process we were able to confirm that the parcel maintained the correct weight throughout delivery. Thank you for letting us know that you found the jacket that was initially reported as missing in the end and that both items have been returned.
