bestelling niet ontvangen, betaling wordt niet terug gestort. Ze beloven van alles, maar komen niets na. Al ruim 6 maanden loze beloftes

We bought 3 products before a 6 month trip, before the trip was over all 3 had different issues with stitching coming apart and poor quality fabric. Avoid this brand.

Handtaget på min väska gick sönder efter mycket kort tid. Jag bad om en ny väska. Efter mycket diskussion och tid fick jag en voucher - dock värd 300 kr mindre än vad en ny väska kostar. Låg kvalitet, höga priser och en långsam och ohjälpsam kundservice. Rekommenderar ej peak.

Ware Retourniert und leider nie eine Rückerstattung erhalten!!! Nach mehrmaligem Kontakt wurde ich immer vertröstet einmal gab es ein Problem mit der Verbuchung und dann anscheinend mit meiner Bank. Seit 1 Monat bekomme ich meine Geld nicht 460€!!!

I do wish I had something positive to write about this product and the customer service, unfortunately, both suck. Here is my story… I purchased a top of the range ski jacket, with matching Peak Performance salopettes, the jacket inner netting came away after just a few weeks wear, I was told I must go back to the store where I purchased it from (which was in Italy) not a great start! Fortuitously I was spending the last week of the ski season in the same resort I purchased the jacket. I went back to the store, which was the official Peak Performance shop in Cervinia, I was given a total brush off using the excuse that the new owner had just taken over the franchise of the store and he could not help me and I must contact Peak Performance in writing. So, I followed this advice and wrote to Peak Performance customer services. So following this advice I contacted them and clearly explained the situation by phone and followed up with an email. To cut a very long story short I was told by customer services, I had to go back to the store in Italy, as customer services would only look at problems with online sales, now I live in the UK and explained this to them, and was told that this was my only option.

I paid over £600 for the jacket and it lasted 3 weeks, the customer service is non-existent. With hindsight, I wish I had checked on Trust Advisor before buying but that's not the point, the real issue is they will take your money and are not interested in helping their customers afterwards, or should I say ex-customers.

Below is just one of the several brush off emails received.

I purchased a white sweatshirt for 200$ and it sheds fibers so when you have a black t-shirt then it turns white. That´s something you may expect from sweatshirt a for 10$ not from 200$ So the product is worthless and the brand as well when they are capable of scamming their customers.

Mycket besviken på Peak performance på kvalitet har blivit mycket sämre med åren! Jag har altid haft dessa märken men tyvärr detta är andra gången att jag upplevde att jackan modell moroon efter en säsong blir sliten på tyg blixtlås och missfärgningar och varit I kontakt med peka performance dem vill ej står för det! Varning!

Efter att haft skona på mig 6 ggr så gick dom sönder under klacken det va ett partermofit halkfri och fodrad
Har skrivit flera ggr men inte fått svar. Så nästa vecka tar jag kontakt med konsumentverket samt klarna

Köpte en av deras signaturjackor, heliumjackan. Efter 2-3 ggr användning, när jackan var knappt två månader gammal, upptäckte jag ett hål där dunet läckte ut. När jag då vill reklamera säger de att det är ”pga yttre faktorer” och nekar reklamation. Misstänker att det beror på ett spänne på jackan. Jag har ej gjort något. Skitkvalitet på jackan, oseriöst företag! Tråkigt bemötande. Så otroligt missnöjd.

Never got my order been over 2 months. No response. Scam.

It is about 2 years later and I'm still making good use of and enjoying my Peak Performance down jacket. The store front is good. the ordering process easy and delivery to Germany was fast.

Anfang Januar bestellt und vermeintlich geliefert und natürlich keine Reaktion auf meine Mail denn geliefert wurde nichts.
Sehr unseriös und unverschämt.
Auf jeden Fall nichts bestellen.

Pakket meer dan een maand opgevolgd. Zogezegd in de late namiddag geleverd en afgetekend. Waren thuis, niemand gezien ! Mail gestuurd, geen enkele reactie !

I am (was) a regular customer. I bought a coat but I got the wrong size, they don't have the option to cancel the order during a certain period of time, so I wrote to customer service immediately to cancel it. They told me to wait until I received the order at home to return it and make another one with the correct size. I replied that it did not seem like a very sustainable policy to me, never got a response. When I went to proceed with the return I realized that they now charge €7 for the returns shipping, I wrote asking them to please send me a free label, their answer (even though I am a frequent customer) was that this is their policy.

I purchased 2 pairs of long John's for Christmas, 1 pair needed to be returned. I was unable to return these until after Christmas when returning from the French Alps. Trying to return the item on the 11th January (4 days after the return date) realised the extended Christmas return policy was ONLY until 7th January, When I explained the situation to the customer team i was away and unable to retun, it was basically tough luck and told to sell them on FB market place.
Very unprofessional , disappointed and definitely will never buy from this company again and would never recommend. No wonder their reviews are poor

Had a problem with my zipper, and just popped by Peak Performance at Købmagergade in Copenhagen - and the staff sorted everything out in a professional and over-friendly manner.
Top marks for quality products and quality service.

När det ska bytas storlek på en jacka som beställts i butiken påstår säljaren att man måste skicka den själv då den beställts. Information kring byten på hemsidan är obefintlig. Det man är noga med att informera om är att det tas betalt för returer.

I kontakt med kundtjänst framkommer det att man i själva verket måste byta i butik när det beställts därifrån. Alltså motsatsen till vad säljaren sagt. När jag återigen kommer till butiken är storleken som jag behöver slut i hela Sverige.

Popped into Peak Performance Chamonix store today as my PP jacket ski pass pocket had come apart. It was a long shot as it's a few years old and wasn't sure anything could be done. However, I was surprised by the friendliest staff, in particular Laurent, a massive thank you to you for helping me get my favourite PP jacket repaired while we were in town. Thank you for the exceptional service X
