The delivery was insanely fast coming from England. I think I ordered it on Monday and got it by Thursday or Friday. Shipping was twice what the products cost but I love Pecksniff's so it's worth it.

I didn't directly buy from you but I got some of your scented candles from the liquidation store. I can see why they have them as not one of them smelt of anything.
It didn't make me want to buy any from you directly. if these were defect candles then you shouldn't let them sell them.

Apologies for your experience, but as the candle was purchased from a third party, any issues need to be escalated with that company directly, as they ensure quality control of their own orders.

Ordered several sale items, at fabulous prices... & each and every one of them smell amazing, this company has provided me with many classically crafted perfumes over the years& never faultered on service or quality, if a gift is needed , I can rely on Pecksniffs to accommodate

Ginger and patchouli oil
As a personal choice I brought the ginger and patchouli fragrance oil and it’s a superb aroma in fact people have stopped me and asked what I’ve got on so I told them what it is and where to buy it from.
From ordering through to delivery it was very quick with excellent service all around.
I would recommend family, friends and anyone that asks which I’ve done.

Wasted journey 1 hour 40 mins as was shut but website said open
My wife and mother in law travelled 1 hour 40 mins round trip to find you were closed! Your website said you were open.
When they were there another couple turned up and they said this was the third time they had visited and found you shut!
If you were involved in a near death experience I will accept that but what is your excuse? Really not happy.
This IS NOT a duplicate. You have done NOTHING to resolve this at all even though you say below you have!
Brandon factory shop. Website for Brandon shop on google and facebook both said it was open.
