Hello Angela. This is Pecksniff's Senior Management here. I have checked all communications within the Customer Service email and unfortunately no email was ever received from yourself. I have viewed your case history through the website communications and see that you were sent a replacement product on the 20th August. I hope this has been resolved to your satisfaction.

Dear Sherri. This is Pecksniff's Senior Management here. we are sorry that were not happy that you had not received you order that you placed on 1st August. having tracked through your shipment, I see that it was delivered on the 13th August. Although you may feel that this is a long time for International Delivery, this is within the parameters detailed within our shipping policy, of 10-15 working days for international shipments. https://www.pecksniffsshop.com/shipping-returns
Once a package has been collected from us by our International Carrier, we are very much in their hands with regards to delivery times. We hope you enjoyed you product, but if you have any queries please do not hesiate to contact us at customer.service@pecksniffs.com

Hello Mary. Could we please ask as to where you sent your letter with fragrance enclosed. We have 3 associated addresses; the manufacturing site, the shop in Brighton, and the registered office which is the business address registered with Companies House. However, Customer Services are not located at any of these addresses. The best way to contact us is by email at customer.service@pecksniffs.com

We’re very sorry to hear that this is the second time your order arrived with a broken bottle. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you love our products.

Please know that we are actively looking into more efficient ways to ship glass products overseas, as unfortunately couriers can sometimes mishandle items despite our careful packaging.

Having investigated the circumstances surrounding your order, it was established that the fault fell directly to FedEx despite them advising to the contrary. A full refund was issued to yourself.
