The doctor is very professional. Did not go for the bloated look caused by over exaggerated fillers. Gave me very pertinent advice on hyaluronic acid fillers. The doctor's technique was also very professional. I am very happy with the results of my treatment.

I had my botox and hyaluronic acid injection there yesterday, Dr was really nice and professional, we did facial analysis first and she gave her recommendations. The overall experience is very nice, fully recommend.

Very professional and would highly recommend. Dr Xu was very skilled but also humorous when I was there, generally exceptionally nice. Dr Xu asked me a lot of questions before the procedure so that she could do it to the best of her ability; before she also looked closely at my skin to recommend what was best for me. Dr Xu was very gentle when injecting into my skin. The pain was minimal and the results were good. Even after a day, I can already see some results after 1 visit. Definitely satisfied and would visit again in a months time.

The reason why I chose to anchor at her clinic finally is : she is so professional. Has high level of aesthetics standard. Really listen to what you need and guide you to find the way to make it works. She is professional and experienced.

I am so glad that I have chosen Dr Tracy to treat my skin problem. I have acne since teenage and now I am 33. I have tried hundreds of products and non of them made any significant change. I had my first consultation appointment with Dr Tracy in January. She explained to me the causes of my acne (as well as spots and scars etc), from my lifestyle, what I eat to the product I was using. She then sent me a summary with some suggestions and recommendations. I made my decision to follow Dr. Tracy's treatment plan in February. After 3-month, I do not have any active acne left. Then I started to treat the spots and scars. After reviewed by Dr. Tracy, she suggested me to go for Profhilo.(it is a kind of injectable hyaluronic acid to make skin healthier...not filler). The course has two treatment, but I found my skin sooooooooo much better 3 weeks after the 1st treatment. I would say, I've never seen my skin so good since I was 13. By the way, I was scared of facial injection before I have done this. She tried her best to comfort me. The way she did was fast, painless (she applied some numbing cream as I remember), and not scary at all (surprisingly).

I was lucky enough to visit Dr Tracy. She is professional and check my skin very carefully. I chose the Profhilo treatment by her suggestion. She injected me 5 times on each side of my face to offer "maximum diffusion across the face with a reduced risk of bruising." I noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin, and it gave me back that much-longed-for glow I’d been lacking.

Very educational consultation experience. Details guidance and advice on the routine skincare techniques and adjustment to my current lifestyle, plus numerous in-depth video and documents on the hot topics in aesthetic areas. All these were available to customers like me before I enter into any sort of commitment. This makes me feel relaxed as I have plenty of time to assess which suits me the best.

I have been seeing Dr Tracy for my acne skin problem since the end of 2020 and the changes so far are phenomenal.
