Bought 3 dresses on sale for the first time from this website. Delivered to me in Australia within 2 weeks and were exactly as described. I love the quality and style of the dresses. The best part is that they're sustainable fairtrade pieces of high quality and at an entry-level price point. Well done. Highly recommended, I will be buying from Peopletree again!

I purchased clothing online as the website looked legitimate and the clothes are beautiful. I paid extra for express courier delivery which states that it will be sent within 3-6 working days for orders in Europe. However the 6th day has passed already and I have not received my order.
I know that things get delayed sometimes, but my gripe with this company is the fact that it seems impossible to get in touch with anyone from Customer Service. The courier delivery requires a signature and I need to be around the house to accept the parcel, but there were no delivery or tracking details sent to me, so I would at least have a rough idea of when I am to expect it. I tried emailing them, for which I received an automated reply letting me know that they take up to 48 hours to reply to emails. I tried calling them, but found myself directed to their voicemail service asking me to leave a message.
I am starting to think that maybe this was a scam all along as I have never had any issues with any other UK based companies when using their online stores and delivery services.
My advise to anyone outside the UK wanting to shop online at the Peopletree store is; DON'T DO IT! It's unnecessarily stressful and their customer service is shocking. Companies like this make it difficult for other legitimate fair trade businesses.

I've bought a few things from People Tree over the last six months (mostly in the sales). The clothes are of very high standard and the deliveries always arrive within 2-3 days, with very minimal packaging. I'd thoroughly recommend them as a reasonably priced, ethical shopping destination!
