I have dealt with Alexandros at Perpetual Time for servicing my Rolex’s a couple of years ago, and that service was exemplary. Recently I tasked him with sourcing a specific vintage Rolex for me, and he came up trumps and then some. The watch was supplied like brand new, serviced, refurbished with warranty . Alexandros skilfully brought my much-cherished but poorly looked-after Christopher Ward C9 automatic watch back to life - it needed an internal rebuild and a thorough service. Alexandros patiently talked me through the process in detail beforehand and kept me up to date with progress as he completed the work. My watch was returned to me looking almost brand new after a polish and I’m delighted to be able to enjoy it again. Will be returning to Alexandros for a watch service when next due.

Living in Scotland I sent my wife's Lady Rolex Bimetal date watch to Perpetual for a service and case and bracelet refurbishment by Royal Mail.
Alexandros sent me a YouTube link explaining the postal process, really easy!!

Hi Had my 2010 Rolex Sea Dweller Deep Sea 116660 serviced by Alexandros. I took and collected the watch from Alexandros's Liverpool workshop address, where I was able to park directly outside. Alexandros informed me of exactly what was involved in the overhaul process and likely timescales. After leaving the watch I found that I would be attending a memorial service where l would be meeting many ex associates, Alexandros kindly expedited the work so I got the watch back within 3 weeks and in time for the function. The watch is now imaculate and running beautifully.

I took my partner’s Rolex watch to be serviced at a watch dealers and when it came back she had problems with the watch I took it back and it kept on having the same issues I then took it to Alex and he sorted the problem out and now the watch is working perfectly and it has come back looking like a brand new watch thank you for sorting the problem and warranty amazing service I will never go anywhere else from now on thank you

We brought my wife’s Cartier Roadster in for Alex to check out. He advised us that it was a real Cartier and sized it up on my wife’s wrist to check if any links needed removing. He then took us into his lab to check it was water resistant which it was. He was very informative, helpful and provided sound advice. We will 100% see him again, thanks Alex

My Breitling Colt went to Alexandros for a full service and refurbishment after 8 years of wear and tear. It had numerous cuts and scratches and a significant dent to the case where it had been dropped. It was returned looking almost brand new - I was very impressed with how much Alexandros achieved in restoring it to a nearly-new state and never expected that it could be made to look so good again.
The communications were excellent throughout the process, with regular updates and very prompt responses. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alexandros.

Perpetual time checked and verified a watch that I was interesting in buying was genuine. Mr Photi fully dismantled the watch, checked it, reassembled it and sent me an impressive video of the entire long process. I'd highly recommend his authentication service.

Alex serviced my old watch with a very worn bracelet, it came back almost like new!

Alex provides a great service, watch came back like new after full service and polish.
Initial time for completion was 6-8 weeks, asked Alex if he could complete the work to the watch sooner, watch was completed in only 4 weeks.
