Having received an eye watering quote from Longines to repair and service my Conquest I tried Perpetual and they were fantastic. The parts took a while to arrive from Longines but the value (less than half the Longines quote) and the service was excellent. My watch now runs perfectly and looks like new. Highly recommend Perpetual Watch Services.

I got the battery replaced in my wife's watch about six months ago, and it had run out already. I contacted Alexandros to ask if this was something he could do for me, and if I could send it to him by post. He provided me with a prompt quote for the work and sent me a clear video detailing how to send the watch to him. On the same day it arrived, he sent me a photograph of the old battery, showing me that it was a fake branded battery (hence running out so quickly), and put the new genuine one in for me, returning it the next day. My wife is really happy to have her watch back working, and I am so pleased with the ease with which I dealt with Alexandros.

Alex is a genuine master of his craft!
His workmanship and technical knowledge is absolutely peerless.
This is the third time Alex has carried out the services on my Tag Heuer, and every time it has come back, it is absolutely as good as the day I bought it.
Any replacement parts are genuine Tag Heuer, and not after-market copies.
The case and bracelet have every scratch and mark removed, and are polished and finished to perfection.
(I used my jeweller's lupe, and could not find a single remaining scratch or mark.)
Whilst I am still around and Alex is still working, no-one else will touch my watch. I could not recommend anyone better to care for a treasured timepiece.

Excellent service again - this time related to my Oysterquartz that received a full service and case/bracelet refurb with the finishing back to factory standard after some poor polishing done by somebody else in the distant past.

My 20 year old Breitling had recently died on me which was in dire need of a battery and a service. By pure chance I stumbled upon Perpetual Time and Alex. 48 hours later he had it booked in and was beavering away on my behalf. This is the second time I’ve used perpetual time; I sent my Tag away for a repair, polish, and service, and it’s come back like new despite being over 10 years old. Good communication and great service overall.

Alex has done a fantastic service/ refurb job on a Hublot Big Bang, looks like new. Communication was excellent and the price was more than fair. I would strongly recommend this business to any new customer like myself.

Having had my Rolex serviced a number of times over the past 40 years usually by taking it into a dealership, who then send it to Rolex in Switzerland before adding a substantial ‘handling cost’ to the overall bill, I, this time, decided to try Perpetual Time who happen to be local to me. I dropped the watch off with Alex, having a long chat with him when it became clear how passionate and knowledgable he was about watch repairs and watches in general. The service took around 6 weeks during which time I received regular progress updates before collecting the watch along with a bag of all the parts he had replaced. Being able to talk with Alex about my watch and its general condition etc was a big bonus over sending to an anonymous person in another country. Would definitely recommend Perpetual Time particularly those looking for a personal touch

I reached out to Alexandros for some help with my Hublot Classic Fusion which had a badly scratched bezel around 2 years ago and was provided a quote. I had left this on the back burner. I recently got in touch and he kept price the same (which is rare in the current climate) he also managed to turn my watch around in the time frame I required before going abroad. Alexandros is a top professional, everything about the service from start to finish was excellent he is a true Gent and an expert in his field. I will be using him again and have already recommended to my friends and family. The Watch is fully back to its former glory and looks like I’ve purchased it new.

Apart from having my 1991 GMT Master back on my wrist, the best part of the experience was the reassurance that, having it serviced & valeted by Alexandros 10-ish years ago, it was in such good hands.
Having watched some of his youtube vlogs I'm now spending too much time enjoying vintage watch servicing & refurbishing vlogs. Following the apparent increase in popularity of these videos it would be good to have some kind of record of amplitude, accuracy etc. with the returned watch.
