I had a great experience with Persis Collection. The item arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. The quality exceeded my expectations. I would definitely order again and highly recommend them to others.

DO NOT BUY GOLD FROM HERE OR ONLINE IN GENERAL!!Overall the experience and customer service was great but oh was it disappointing to realise I had been severely scammed. Ordered a sized up version of one of their necklaces and it ended up being $1500 for a 3.5g 18k gold pendant. For reference you could buy a solid 24k gold pendant for the same price currently and currently the gold prices have spiked
a necklace like that which now in hindsight should never have costed $1500, should cost about $800 at most and that’s is with the current inflated gold prices. I was basically charged 120% of the raw price of the gold
THIS IS NOT NORMAL DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Average prices range from 15-25% not DOUBLE THE PRICE.

The string that was used for the necklace was very low quality material as soon as as took it out of the package the string came apart in several places

Beautiful Art, Exceptional Quality Products

I absolutely love the products from Persis Collection! The quality is excellent — everything is beautiful and made with great attention to detail. You can truly see the care that goes into each piece.

They work directly with artists in Iran, which makes it a meaningful way to support original artists and authentic artwork. I really appreciate that each product comes with a description of the art in both English and Farsi — it adds depth and helps you connect with the story behind each piece.

The delivery is always quick and reliable. I’ve ordered fragile items several times and have never received anything broken — everything is packaged very carefully. In fact, the packaging itself is beautiful; each box or wrapping feels like a piece of art.
