We’d like to clarify that shipping to the USA starts from as little as $7, depending on weight and delivery speed. Additionally, for many U.S. orders, we even cover customs fees ourselves, so there are no extra charges for the customer upon delivery.

Regarding the fit: the Giveh shoes are handmade using natural cotton, which is why they may feel snug at first. As noted in the product description and size chart, they are designed to gradually soften and mold to your feet with wear — a hallmark of their traditional craftsmanship.

This was well worth the wait! The products came securely wrapped and are beautifully made. I’m really so delighted and it is the only supplier I could find that delivered in the UK for free. Stunning collection and can’t wait to set up the Sofreh for my daughters wedding

The metal already lost its color

The metal already lost its color, the neckless is too heavy and uncomfortable. the return is not free, and you have to pay it yourself, if you want to return it, which means if you want to return the item from USA to London the cost would be much more than keeping the item! Dont risk to buy it if you live in another country than England.

Beautiful, high-quality artistic items with great packaging and lovely gift options. Delivery was quick, and the recipient loved their gifts. The calligraphy salt and pepper shakers are absolutely gorgeous. Incredible customer service—after they sent the wrong pattern, I contacted them, and they promptly delivered the correct one while kindly advising me to keep the other set as a gift! really appreciated this kind gesture. I recently bought a beautiful handcrafted Persian backgammon and a set of ceramic plates from Persis Collection, and I’m thrilled with my purchase! The quality is outstanding—both items are even more stunning in person. The Khatam backgammon quality, a true statement piece, and the plates add a lovely Persian artisanal touch to my table.
