We have just used PTK to buy our first home and both Kelly and Neil are so lovely, they are so helpful and even though we had so many questions, they were happy to answer any of them and have made the process very smooth sailing. Neil has been incredible during the whole process and due to my circumstances this has taken a while. There every step of the way, with honest, clear, unbiased advice and assistance. Patience of a saint as I have bombarded with questions and queries being a first time buyer and not once have I felt a burden or a problem. Reassuring, incredibly helpful and transparent. And as of today have secured my first mortgage offer so I can’t speak highly enough. Also a shout out to Kelly who has also been very prompt with anything that she’s been needed for.

We have used Personal Touch for buying three houses now and for sorting out our life insurances etc, Neil is really professional but also simplifies everything for us so that we know exactly what his plan of action is with the bank for our mortgage so that we’re happy and we know what we’re doing as well.
If we ever need any advice or would like an extra opinion on anything home related we would always trust Neil to help us/guide us in the right direction.

This is my second mortgage with personal touch Kent this year, however this second mortgage presented tough and a lot of stressful period and encounter pressure from the lender, but eventually it was successful.
