I purchased six PetSafe GPS collars at $300 each. HALF of them failed. One won’t connect to the app, two fell off my dogs and can’t be found—despite the GPS saying otherwise. The collar material is too slick. Customer service is a joke: limited hours, no replies to emails. These collars are supposed to keep my dogs safe, and instead they put them at risk. I want a FULL refund for all six. I’ll never trust or purchase PetSafe again.

Petsafe has transformed our dog walks...

Our lovely Cockapoo had only one negative thing about him - that he wouldn't always come back when on walks. It began to ruin our walks because we'd constantly be worried that he might not come back this time.

I was just beginning to think that we'd have to put him on the lead more. Then we discovered the PetSafe collar.

Within 3 days of training our dog saw a deer, started chasing it and then when we pinged the collar, he stopped and came trotting back. Wow. We couldn't believe it. Now, he still runs about but he comes back.

Love the fact that the worst punishment is a squirt of citronella - no shocks involved. Love that it works.

Small downsides. The battery charging hole is difficult to find - and when charging it's not clear how much charge it contains. Also, ours stopped working and we had to wait quite a long time for a replacement to be sent.

A question: I'd like to recycle the part that's not working. Petsafe - hope you can help?

Wij hebben 4 katten en een hond en door de jaren heen hebben we verschillende Petsafe producten aangeschaft. Kattenluikjes op chip, voerbakjes op chip, Ssscat, en Scoopfree kattenbakken. Als er al problemen zijn met de producten dan reageert de klantenservice snel en vriendelijk. Meestal kunnen ze goed uitleggen hoe je een probleem kunt oplossen maar ik heb ook al eens gratis een nieuw onderdeel gekregen van een product dat buiten de garantieperiode stuk was gegaan. Zo’n goede, vriendelijke en snelle klantenservice maak je maar zelden mee. En nee, ik heb geen aandelen in dit bedrijf. 😊

Our receiver started making a loud noise.
It was two years old and well maintained.
When I called in for assistance I was told that they never heard of this issue before. They also stated that the warranty is up so they could not assist me. They offered to sell me a new receiver and I explained how they now lost me as a customer for life. One would
think they would want to investigate a problem they never heard of before.
Very disappointed.

The PetSafe Happy Ride Booster Seat has completely transformed travelling for us. My dog Louie used to be car sick within 10 minutes of any journey. I bought the booster seat out of necessity, we were moving and had to make a long trip. Louie sat up front in his booster seat and, because he could finally see out of the window, he was no longer car sick. It was a game changer. It has literally transformed our weekends.

The seat itself is really well made, sturdy, safe, and easy to secure with the seatbelt. We’ve had it for three years now, and it’s still in perfect condition, just as good as the day we bought it.

What really stood out though, was the exceptional customer service. I had a query and contacted the supplier directly. The way they handled it was beyond expectations, friendly, helpful, and they truly went the extra mile to assist me. Louie and I couldn’t be more grateful!

I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough.

Got an automatic litter box. Within a month it broke. Since I can't find my original receipt and they won't accept what petco gave me as proof of purchase, I am now stuck with a broken $200 little box.

0 stars for this company. Don’t buy as thr harness I bought broke after 2 months of occasional use. Customer service was awful when I explained the situation.

We hd problems with the magnetic cap flap - there was a cat who was strong enough to break through it. It was handles very helpfull and polite. We got another one whonwas strong enough. Thanks customer support netherlands, much appreciated!

Flap gave great service till dog came through too fast and cracked the flap. Found a replacement (£9 odd) easily, but gobsmacked at £8 shipping fee (courier only no alternative) - Rip-off if ever I've seen one. On principle I will replace with another brand.

Ordered a product on 27 March and there has been no update on shipping. I have sent them multiple emails asking them to cancel the order by now as I’ve gotten it from elsewhere - a bit more expensive, but at least I got something for my money. Petsafe just took my money for nothing. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Got the PetSafe series 900 magnetic cat door.
After completion of the installation we noticed that extension tunnels did not come with the product.
Their website offers series 900 extension tunnels, but the description states:"Not compatible with the 900 Series Staywell® Classic Magnetic 4-Way Locking Cat Flap."

No other fitting extension tunnels are available.
We now have an uncovered hole in our door with a risk for water damage cause nothing fitting is available.

Pour un système anti fugue à plus de 300€ fichu au bout de 3 ans et 2 mois pour seule réponse « on ne peut rien faire la garantie est dépassée », je peux vous dire que vous allez bien vous faire voir avec votre camelote qui coûte un bras pour ne pas durer dans le temps. Les autres marques sont bien moins chères et bien mieux. Je vais m’occuper de vous faire de la pub ne vous en faites pas

J'ai acheté une litière électrique autonettoyante le 2 janvier, tombée en panne en mars. Elle ne se nettoie plus, les boutons ne s'allument plus et l'écran n'affiche plus aucun numéro. Du coup, on appelle le sav, qui nous demande d'envoyer un mail, réponse après des jours d'envoyer la facture..., on envoie tout ce qui est demandé. Silence radio jusqu'à ce que je relance, on me dit non il nous manque la facture alors que je l'ai bien envoyé, je renvoie et toujours après des jours, on me dit c'est un problème de chargeur, on vous envoie un nouveau. OK pourquoi pas, bien que ce n'est pas logique. Je reçois bien le nouveau chargeur et bien évidemment ça ne change rien.je renvoi un mail pour dire que ça n'a rien changé et que je voulais un remplacement de la litière et depuis silence radio mail envoyé le 29 mars relance le 01 avril, le 08 avril et on est le 10 avril, aucune réponse. Donc, on a payé 260e pour rien. Donc pour moi le sav est médiocre et cette marque est à boycotter. Donc si l'un de vous hésite pour acheter un truc chez eux, faites demi tour. Et ça je vais le dire un peu partout.

Ik heb een petsafe outdoor bark control gekocht, een vogelhuisje. Dat ding koste 80€, werkt heel wispelteurig, je kan de "pieptoon" soms horen en dat zou niet mogen, het moet ook heel kort bij de hond staan om te reageren. Vind het geld weggegooid.

What a dissapointment . Our rescue cat is very anxious about going outside so the microchip cat flap seemed a good idea so that she can get backnin easily. With new batteries she was locked out within 4 weeks. We contacted oetsafe who basically shrugged there shoulders suggesting we take the whole flap back out of the door to test it. New batteries and 5 weeks later she was stuck outside again. Rubbish product

Toujours au top , aimable, professionnel et commercial, possibilité de commander des accessoires que l ont ne trouve pas dans les commerces spécialisés, envoi soigné et rapide les durée de garantie sont longues

Ik heb een paar jaar geleden een product besteld wat helaas kapot ging. Officieel viel het net buiten de garantie, maar ik kreeg toch een nieuwe opgestuurd. Helaas is deze zending ergens verloren gegaan in de post. Toen ik dat kenbaar maakte heb ik direct een nieuwe gekregen. Allemaal geheel kosteloos. Dat noem ik klantenservice

Je tiens à féliciter Pet safe (chatière électronique) pour le sérieux de son service après vente et le respect de la garantie, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas des enseignes.
J’ai été écoutée et dédommagée.

Ho acquistato una porta per gatti da mettere sulla mia finestra con doppio vetro. Come spesso accade (e questo l'ho riscontrato con tutti i produttori di gattaiole) la scelta non è semplice perchè non si riesce a capire mai immediatamente di quanto deve essere la dimensione dell'apertura nel vetro, soprattutto se già esistente. Ovviamente ho sbagliato nella scelta. Ho contattato l'assistenza telefonicamente e l'addetta, molto cortesemente, mi ha aiutata nell'identificare il prodotto più adatto alle mie esigenze e ha proceduto con l'invio immediato dello stesso per la sostituzione senza necessità di fare il reso. Al momento la mia esperienza è più che positiva. Tra l'altro uso le gattaiole petsafe da diversi anni e le ho trovate sempre molto resistenti nonostante i miei 4 gatti ci si lancino alla velocità della luce. Infatti tra un cambio e l'altro passa molto tempo e non ritrovo mai lo stesso modello. Brava petsafe! continua così!

I don’t write reviews often, but I can’t say enough about Petsafe! We bought a Petsafe self-cleaning litter box which required a disposable tray. We had issues with it from the start because the feces was just collecting on the rake that scoops the poop. I had an entertaining conversation about cat poop with one of the Petsafe reps and was able to get right in without hold time. The rep offered to send me out a new tray of litter free of charge and suggested the litter that came with the unit might have been old and less effective. After trying the new tray, we still had the same issues and I tried calling again. I spoke with another rep who was just as pleasant. I told her that the first guy had suggested as a next resort that I try an upgraded or higher model and I could pay the difference. I told her that I was interested in this offer if it was still available. Not only was it still available, but they sent me the new unit immediately. The new unit has worked great and was what we needed to fit our needs without having those same issues. This company has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in quite some time and is a level of customer service you don’t see anymore these days. I highly recommend these guys!
