Zeer goede service geleverd door Petsafe. Bandje was bij aankomst stuk en verkoper (niet Petsafe) gaf niet thuis. Petsafe wel.. een dikke 10.. ook al kan ik maar 5 sterren geven.

Nous avons acheté une chattière à 500 € qui n'a jamais fonctionnée avec notre chat, nous l'avons renvoyé dans les délais et çà fait 6 mois qu'on nous balade pour nous rembourser
de vrais voleurs, "centre d'appel" en Ireland, société fiscalement basé ds une ile perdue , on passe des heures au téléphone et il ne se passe rien, ils ne répondent pas au mail , tout se passe par téléphone donc zéro trace écrite ! très fort

Très déçu par la société PetSafe – Manque de professionnalisme et mauvais conseils !

J’ai contacté cette société pour des conseils concernant une chatière pour chien et chat. Malheureusement, les recommandations données étaient totalement inadaptées. Suite à cela, j’ai demandé un remboursement, qui a été effectué pour la chatière, mais pas pour les frais d’expédition, qui restent à ma charge. Le problème ? Cela n’est jamais précisé clairement lors de l’appel, uniquement sur leur site.

Lorsque j’ai voulu faire une réclamation à ce sujet, l’assistante s’est permis de mentir dans un mail, affirmant qu’elle m’avait informé de cette condition par téléphone. Elle a même prétendu qu’il existait des enregistrements des appels. Mais, lorsque je lui ai demandé d’accéder à ces enregistrements, elle a changé de discours.

Je compte ne pas en rester là, car ce comportement est inadmissible. En comparaison, autant commander sur Amazon, qui garantit un retour simple et un remboursement intégral, même après 30 jours !

Cette société manque totalement de transparence et de sérieux. Je déconseille vivement PetSafe. À fuir absolument !

Pet Safe verspricht bei Bestellung über 90 Euro
einen kostenlosen Versand. UPS schlägt mit 33,50 Franken bei der Zustellung zu. Das ist nicht ehrlich und nicht kundenfreundlich, werde unter solchen Vorraussetzungen nie mehr bei PET SAFE bestellen und die Produkte nicht weiterempfehlen.

Problème d'adaptateur pour un système de clôture antifugue acheté précédemment. Il a été remplacé sous garantie très rapidement. Merci!

No tracking just message saying delivered but it was not delivered. Emailed them. No reply. Emailed again couple of days later still no reply. AVOID these....

I emailed Petsafe as my old cat flap had broken and I wasn’t sure which replacement to buy that would fit. They replied very quickly, identified the model and advised me which updated version would fit.

I ordered car booster seat November 21, didn’t get it, UPS answered that it has been lost. I asked for refund on December 5. Still no refund.

Absolutely a waste of time on their product assistance. GPS collar is trash. Had warranty replacement and continued to fail. Tech help only knows how to send new products out not actually help! Avoid this company and their products.

Leider kann man keine Minuspunkte vergeben. Bestelltes Antibellband defekt geliefert, es funktioniert nicht. Ich habe ein defektes Gerät bekommen und soll die Rücksendung selber tragen..Geht's noch. Das war das erste und letzte Mal das ich dort was bestellt habe.

My PetSafe cat flat stopped recognising my cats chip and allowed a local cat in, which upset my two. I contacted customer care and spoke to Franz initially who advised steps to take to try and sort the problem. Unfortunately this didn't work so the next day I contacted them again and spoke to Sylvester, who after reading Franz's notes was perfectly aware of the problem. He arranged for a new one to be sent out immediately. Such fantastic service and care from these guys. When it's your kids or pets it's traumatic and they saved the day.

Katzenklappe mit Adapter gekauft. Alles kommt mit den falschen Schrauben. Nach Anfrage: es gibt keine andere Schrauben. Ich muss improvisieren.
Zwei Wochen später bekomme ich eine Rechnung von UPS: Zoll/Steuern werden vom Pet-Safe nicht übernommen und ich sollte sie zahlen (50% des Wertes der Katzenklappe!!)

I bought a dog door for my sliding doors about a year ago and the springs which adjust the upper part of the door broke after 3 months. It was outside the warranty so I figured a way to repair it. I bought another one 2 months ago, I know stupid, and the springs broke again. This time I called to get a replacement since there is an obvious design flaw and was told I could get 20% off a replacement. So they expect me to throw the one I have away and then give them more money for a replacement that will likely break. Absolute terrible customer service. Don't buy from petsafe.

Deze review gaat over het PetSafe kattenluik met microchip model PPA19-16145 en over de perfecte service na aankoop.

Enorm goed product en makkelijk in te stellen en te monteren.
Ook super perfecte service na aankoop.
Het eerste exemplaar werkte niet helemaal naar behoren, maar na perfecte
hulp van de heer Peeters een nieuwe opgestuurd gekregen en deze werkt perfect.

Wij raden deze fabrikant zeker aan.

Service client au top. Très orienté client, suite à un problème avec ma litière Scoopfree ils m’ont d’abord renvoyé un chargeur qui n’a pas solutionné le problème et m’ont alors directement remplacé la litière. Merci pour votre réactivité. Je recommande cette marque pour son sérieux et le sérieux de ses produits.

Purchased the Petsafe ultrasonic bark collar, it absolutely does not work in the slightest.
It is the most ineffective piece of equipment I have wasted money on.
Do not bother trying it.

J'ai acheté un lanceur de balles sur un autre site marchand et malheureusement celui ci était défaillant et la balle à tapé dans l'oeil de mon chien. Plus de peur que de mal cela lui a fait un petit œdème et 2 jours aprés plus rien. J'ai contacté pet safe et ils m'ont remboursé alors que je n'avais même pas acheté le produit sur leur site. Service client incroyable et trés commerciale

I purchased a Smart Feed Automatic Dog and Cat Feeder, motor failed just after warranty period.

Update: while I remain concerned about the lifespan of the motor in this device, the product support team have exceeded my expectations in dealing with my problem.

Otherwise, I am happy with the product and hope to use it for many years to come.
